In other words, they first create baby dolls which nearly have nothing other than the details of human body, skin, eyes, ears, mouth, nose and overall structure (at that factory). They later add the "extra fancy" features before selling it as kids' toys. (colorful princess outfits, long hair, tiara, fancy eyelashes, blush makeup, etc, kids love it? then they add it). So all u have to do is, visit such a factory, get official permission to buy a few of their dolls which haven't yet been given the fancy details.
