I’m very impressed by the 6.2 engine for a gas truck it pulls very well!

Friendly warning. I had a dully but unless u really tow or carry heavy payloads or just compensating for some short coming these thinks are hard to live with. poor braking, poor acceleration and owning stock in Exxon can be a bit much. It was fun at first and ppl loved my truck but i just got tired of laking out loans just to pay for gas and my back will never be the same. great for work but my v6 truck is just plan more fun to drive now. this coming from a guy how loves HP

I agree. Unladen these trucks ride rough. They ride better with a load, but like you said unless you're carrying heavy payloads or towing heavy, they'll destroy your back. Also they need deleted to be reliable, which not only will cost you about 2k, it also means the whole truck will always smell like diesel fumes lol add to the fact that they only average about 14 miles per gallon, require diligent maintenance (think $125 oil changes with 13+ quarts of oil and $100 fuel filters every other oil change) and have much higher insurance and registration costs, and it's easy to see why a 1 ton truck is not the best choice for a daily commuter vehicle

@neostardust They did, but the F-350s are dually and specialty versions. Either way, they messed up, haha.

@floppycock9 I have been really looking at the numbers lately and i really like the F150 with the twin turbo. yes it isn't a HD but Ford is really paying attention to the consumer towing and fuel econ. A good bit of 350 owners are complaining about the engines in the 350 though and finding out that a lot of them were out source isn't making me feel so warm & fuzzy. but at the end of the day. it really depends on what your towing and which one u want to see in your driveway..

Upgraded to 2015 and this 2011 video model dash is fancier than mine. Must be king ranch XLT has some extra features all depends what it came with from the factory.

When you can't even reach 1million miles in a Duraturd but PowerStrokes will just laugh at the you for spending so much money on a pile of sh*t, it's true my guy.
