This is the best looking Super Duty there ever was and will be.

I think it's ugly, and it's because of that grille.

Beautiful and tough trucks, they deserved more dependable engines though 😢

It had the 7.3 Powerstroke, absolutely invincible!

Yup, the 6.0 and 6.4 were disasters. Ford dropped the hammer and ordered their engineers to create their own diesel that will work. The 6.7 is actually very good. Been 14 years of sergice and no sign of slowing down on the 6.7.
To be fair, the 6.0 ajd 6.4 are actually very powerful engines when all the emissions crap are deleted and done over by a competent diesel shop. But who wants to spend $6,000 to rebuild the entire engine?

@@ms.annthrope415I blame the EPA for tasking auto manufacturers with making major changes to diesels to comply with emissions bs. They’d have kept the 7.3 for some years I bet and had really good engines to follow if the EPA was dissolved

With all the flaws the 6.0L had, it still outsold the competitors diesels every year it was produced.

Miserable 6.0 Navistar/International Powerstroke. They did all of that upgrading but left a very problematic engine in place.
Making things worse, they switched to the 3V 5.4 which added even more issues even on a base engine.

Honestly this was the worst lineup of engines for superduty

@@projectnewwave6859 yep! Some '03 owners had good luck, but '05-'07 were disastrous! And then '08 and the infamous 6.4. Really glad Ford wisened up after multiple lawsuits and developed their own starting in 2011.

@hellkitty1014 yeah I'd say the 2003 M.Y. was the last good year of F-Series with the venerable 2 valve 5.4 V8 and 6.8 V10 and the indestructible 7.3 after that all terrible motors up until the decent 6.2 V8, although it's pig with the gas mileage, worse then the GM 6.2

@@projectnewwave6859 now the engine lineup is probably the best ever, super solid 7.3 Godzilla and 6.8 Minizilla base engine and the crazy 6.7 Powerstroke which sorted out it's teething problems, although it's still sensitive and no match for the 7.3 Powerstroke.
