I bought and owned a Lupo Gti 10 years ago, sold 8 years ago. Had a bunch of cars since but im actually soon to be hopefully be buying my exact Lupo Gti back. Im so so excited, absolutely loved the car. Fingers crossed i get it. Love the vids, makes me want it back more

Paulz TV yea its still fairly low mileage, going to keep it forever for the weekends. Videos are great mate, dunno if ill bother with rear pop outs after all that faff 😂
@@hywel4767 haha, yeah I don't think I'm going to attempt rear windows again ( on any car) and if I would have known what it would have been like I wouldn't have done it in the first place. If you've got low mileage it sounds like a nice car. Get it soon because they are going up, the numbers are thinning out and that will only make them go up quicker. It's now a desirable classic and people are starting to realise this. I first fell in love with a Lupo GTI when one overtook me on the motorway some 15 years ago now. Since then I always wanted one and I paid a lot less 6 years ago for my first one than the one I've got now. Also I keep checking online and there's not many for sale, red and Raven blue are almost non-existent. What colour is yours by the way? Is it a late one with the 6 speed gearbox
Paulz TV mine was a 52 plate but registered 2003 with the 6 speed box. I bought it on 23k miles, sold 2 years later on 82k and 8 years later its on 89k. My miles were mostly long commute to work and back, and the person who bought it kept it garaged as a weekend or show car. Unfortunately mine was a reflex silver, but im not too fussed about that, i have plans to renovate if i do get it back. I put some expensive bits on it and so did the guy after me so its freshly dyno’d at 150bhp. I had a lupo sport as my first car, loved that but had to have the Gti after and thats when i got it. Ive had far quicker cars since, even the daily Scirocco i have is quicker but ive never had so much fun in a car like i did the Gti. Something special about them.
@@hywel4767 oh yeah tell me about it. It's not about the power, I've got a V10 M6 with 520 horsepower and the lupo still gets used more. It's like a happy puppy. Don't worry about the silver, I love them, when I was hunting around for one there was still blue ones available , now they just seem so rare. Of course you're going to love it and end up driving in more than the Scirocco lol
Chrome rings for the heater controls and chrome knobs from the vw up/citigo/polo 6r you want next. compliment those chrome clocks, smarten up that interior! beautiful car in the best colour👌

Ebay they're around £10-£15 I got them on my caddy mk3, will also fit lupo and many other vws

You should get some white LEDs for the sidelights so they match up better with the zenons :)
Do you think so? Maybe.? When I bought the car it had blue LED sidelights and that was the first thing I changed. I'm not sure about the white ones I might look into that

Hi, just to let you know that your information was really helpful, I'm gonna wire the seats because as you say it is simple enough, basically the two grey wires power the switch / lights , then the two white wires are a ground earth and the power which I'm going to put a fuse on and run it to the front underneath the washer where you put yours. Do you mind if I mention your RUclips name in the video I will do on this?

Haha, the shirt is from 'Next' ,its about 2 years old now. The camera is a sony camcorder 1080/60 and I've got a few gopro's ( which I think is actually better ) I'm gonna update all the cameras , I've already got proper mics now so at least sound won't be an issue , like it was in this video.

@@havocgaming5995 ohh I see, yes that shirt was in my rear window conversation video. I got that from an online company called 'Redbubble' , the trouble is since I've bought that I cannot find it again. I wanted to get a smaller size and I can't find them anywhere now?
@@samartzis2000 Yeah it showed up for a split second in this video lol. Ahhh I know the company! They do some really cool VW things from time to time, bit pricey and I think their stuff is only available for a limited amount of time!
