It’s actually held up really well! We have power washed it a few times, slid tires and parts over it and left it in the sun to see if we would have a my short term fading, nothing so far!
I used the same stuff and it lasted in the Georgia and South Carolina sun for 7 years until the truck was totalled. I also put a large perforated rubber mat like you see in front of stores in the bed to cut down on noise because I often hauled steel I got from various places for welding and blacksmithing. That was a great combination. Granted - I coated the crap out of it with 5 cans over 4 days. I knew the metal would play rough on the bed. It probably needed 2 full coats, not 5.
You can't sand and do work on vehicles in an hoa?! That I didn't know but I already knew I wouldn't wanna live in a place where I was told how to live! That aside, looks great! Gonna do this to a utility trailer I have... and I don't have to ask the neighbors permission ;)
