Alot of people put Astrology down without studying it first.... how can you make a judgement on something you've never studied.
He claims The God of Christianity is too small yet you believe the cosmos is God and isn’t created. He forgot to mention God is also a God of mercy. Not only judgment. We should all be great full of his mercy.

I don’t know much about astrology but I know the Bible mentions the stars and moons and signs on earth and in the sky so to me it makes sense to be interested in what is going on up there but don’t make it God. God is everything, even more then the cosmos.

Judaism goes deeper into astrology. You should interview a Jewish rabbi who is qualified in Kabbalah. Yeah the horoscopes have power but all that comes from The Creator of the Universe.

The God in Christianity is by no means small. The God in the bible IS (Exodus 3:7-8). Which means He IS everything and more. But, most important of all, He is a father. This actually makes me believe that astrology can coexist with God.

I enjoy watching Patrick's presentations, interviews, and life experiences. Do I always agree with 100% everything he or the persons he interviews says? Sure not. But does that mean I stop listening to him? I listen to Dr. Umar Johnson and he also share some thought provoking ideas and knowledge that speaks to the hearts of those oppressed (especially, the Pan-African diaspora) Again do I agree with 100% everything he says? Of course not! I have a mind of my own. Still there is value to some of the things shared. My point is, a lot of people dismiss someone's opinion, experience, or perspective, simply because they know they can. They will not see the merits to an argument and speak to that in the same way they say it's all rubbish. In my opinion, that is a biased viewpoint. We should try to see the truths in things even if it goes against what we currently believe, that is how true learning takes place. (My thoughts after reading some of the comments)

You have chosen to accept that narrative for your life, and that's okay. To each his own. But, it is not okay to assume once you have made that decision, everyone else 'have to' as you stated. In the same way astrology is a tool, and in the words of Ray Couture: 'It's a guide, not a directive', it is the same way all forms of religions are a guide. Though many want to make their system the absolute directive.
Ou Christians make a mockery of the Bible. There’s no promise of an immediate afterlife but a resurrection here on earth. Jesus already saved all creation. Eventually all will be saved.
That theory is nonsensical. And if you point that out to your church you’ll be shunned for it because they can’t explain why it makes no sense. God is supposed to be all powerful but god isn’t able to poof!… just forgive us? He has to go through all this drama and confusion? And only ppl lucky enough to get the memo are saved? That’s not an all loving god or an all powerful. That’s a fairy tale with an evil warlord. That’s not who Jesus was and Jesus was def nothing like the evil god if the Old Testament either. Time to start asking the real questions. Meanwhile- astrology is completely logical. God uses gravity to keep us here, and god uses the celestial bodies to create us. For example, one book of the Bible, Isaiah is exactly the same word for word as when they found it near the dead sea in a cave dating back thousand years. No man could ever think of writing a book like the Bible. The proof that the scriptures were given by inspiration is numerous! For one, it tells the truth about man and man isn’t any good. Man wouldn’t write a book like that for he always exalts himself. Just look at the self exaltation of magazines, such as, Us, We, People.

As far as man not being good, that's been a thought for a long time, if most people were to write about the common man it certainly wouldn't be a book filled with exaltation. Nor would it be anything like a paparazzi filled gossip magazine about rich people thats written for the purpose of making rich people look good. Most people in biblical times weren't rich and they certainly weren't bragging about others or themselves.

Astrology is only a guide. You don't have to think it is fatalistic in nature. Like, it has to rain and that is destiny. But to get wet or not is your free will. You take a raincoat or take an umbrella. You don't need to get wet. See, if you go from here to Hamburg (Germany). There are four exits. You can take anyone from the four exits. That is what astrology says. It doesn't compel you to take the first exit, second exit, third exit or the fourth exit. It just give you information like the GPS in your car. If you miss one road, what does it say? It reworks the route and then again starts guiding you.

The belief that most people didn't live past 45 is based on average lifespan and is delusional. The reason for this average is due to high infant + childhood mortality + motality due to violent causes.(like war, accidents, disease). Jesus told when a person slaps you show the other cheek. What that means is you don't REACT! The same thing is what yogis do, they avoid reacting to all the internal and external impulses. Horoscopes and the zodiac are not real, and gives out false information...
1. The stars in a constellation are sometimes thousands of light-years apart and the connection between them is arbitrary.
2. When you were born your obstetrician had more gravitational effect on you than any planet or star in the universe.
3. There are 13 constellations in the Zodiac (not 12). The 13th is Ophiuchus.
4. The Zodiac was established around 2000 years ago. Since then the Zodiac has shifted one sign along, however the traditional dates for each sign haven't changed. i.e. The Zodiac sign that you were born "under" is meant to be the constellation that the sun was in front-of during your birth. So if you are a Gemini, the chances are that Cancer was actually behind the sun during your birth (due to the 2000 year shift in the Zodiac).
5. The natal planet alignment is futile since the time-of-birth is often arbitrarily chosen (i.e. the doctor/nurses may get the hour right, but not necessarily the minutes).
6. Are all horoscopes done before the discovery of the outermost planets incorrect? Planets get found, demoted and promoted all the time. Pluto was identified and became a planet in 1930. It was demoted to "dwarf planet" in 2006. Ceres was a planet in the 1800s and then demoted to asteroid in the 1850s and has now been promoted to dwarf planet again. Xena was discovered in 2003 and became a planet and in 2006 was demoted to dwarf planet. What's more - Pluto doesn't follow the zodiac path like the other planets (i.e. it will sometimes be in front of non-zodiac constellations.
7. If the planets influence us astrologically why is this influence independent of distance? Mars is sometimes the other side of the sun from us and sometimes it is the same side as us, yet this difference has no astrological effect on us.
8. If distances aren't important in astrology, then where's the astrology of galaxies, quasars, nebulae and black-holes?
9. Why do horoscopes of the same zodiac sign in different newspapers differ so much?
10. Why is the moment of birth, rather than conception, crucial for astrology? Why does a thin layer of flesh and blood protect a baby from the planets/stars/sun/moon...and if not then why do premature babies not have different star-charts than non-prem babies born at the same time on the same day?
