As Flagship celebrates its 35th anniversary, Jim, who has been with the company for over 32 years, shares his journey and some of the significant milestones he has witnessed in the company's growth.
Jim talks about how Flagship started as Service Performance Corporation, with a focus on customer service, and then evolved into Flagship with its various specialized areas of expertise, including aviation. Starting with a small account at San Jose International, Flagship expanded to cover entire airport contracts with multiple airlines. Jim also shares his excitement about the future of Flagship and the opportunities it offers to its employees.
