It not a s is an n engine with 66hp you carburator is the solex 30/35pdsi
The 83 HP 1.7s engine has the the solex 32didta carburator

17S motor? Oke i thought manta had 1200cc 1600cc 1900cc butt anyway wikid that dat car has a rev limiter only the gte has a rev limiter
