    I'd like to see Mick and Keef do a set where it's just Keef on an acoustic with Mick singing some real soulful blues numbers. No production, everything stripped right back to a raw level. Two old friends doing what they love and celebrating their lifetime of friendship. I hope they do something like that before they bow out.

    • @rld8163
      @rld8163 3 года назад +2

      ABSOLUTELY!!!! Was thinkin the same, Mick on harp too.
      But no messin around, a real tight set, well rehearsed, live album recorded and filmed in some small club in soho or somewhere with a few hundred fans packed in, condensation dripping from the ceiling and a brick on the door for the air conditioning.
      Do it guys!!!

    ❤ 🎶 Musikgeschichte 🎶 ❤ auch in der DDR wurden sie gehört, tolle Musik, für die wir uns in jungen Jahren begeistert haben, ich machte mein Abitur und kann mich erinnern wie unser Musiklehrer, Dr. Räder, sagte, die Musik aus dem Westen ist nicht schlecht, hatte die Beatles und auch die Rolling Stones angesprochen, das diese Musiker ihre Musikinstrumente, nicht wenige, gekonnt benutzen und beherrschen, auch die Vielfalt an Melodien, Rhythmen ist beispielgebend, ich selbst sang bei ihm in meiner Freizeit mit im Chor ( war toll ) hatte auch privaten Gesangsunterricht und trat in der Öffentlichkeit mit einer Partnerin amateurenhaft auf, westl. Musik hat mich begleitet, ohne die Stones nicht denkbar, Respekt vor diesen zeitlosen Musikern, mein Lieblingslied von ihnen ist - Angie - ............

Bono & Edge of U2 met up with Jagger & Keef in a NY hotel room while on tour. Jagger /Keef started writing songs almost at will. Bono & Edge were stunned at how easy they could write Take that Jagger did, Keef comes in adds some "rock n raunch",,,and you could have a good rocker.
