- Taylor Swift: The 1989 World Tour Live (2015) - Видеоклипы
Just to clarify (because there's some confused people in this comment section), this concert DID NOT take place in 1989!
"The 1989 World Tour" is simply the NAME OF THE TOUR, not the year it happened. It is very clearly stated in the description that this performance happened in 2015.
Any other questions, feel free to ask ;)
I like mick jagger too beast burden ,out of time, time on my side, and miss you, paint it black , shattered I love all the rolling stones stuff
Since Taylor Swift was born on December 13, 1989 this concert obviously took place in the second half of December.
My guess is that it was a New Years Eve concert and Taylor was 18 days old here.
@@michaelterry1000 yes unfortunately some people are that stupid, that they needed to clarify that. I do not know how some people actually function.
@@jonc3295 because a lot of people are here for the Stones, not Taylor Swift, and would have no idea why the fuck you would call a tour in 2015 "The 1989 World Tour"
It shouldn't take a person with a modicum of intelligence much effort to figure that out
Is that the year of Taylor's birth?
It doesn't matter who you are, even you are the biggest pop star in the world, when Mick Jagger enters the stage, it's his show.
True, but Taylor is channeling her inner Tina Turner on stage!
São ambos fabulosos! Cada um no seu género, mas Mick Jagger arrasou.🎸🎤👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Mick was 71 years old here, and he's still rocking at 79 years old today - still the best frontman ever!
80 on July 26
He’s Exciting!
The best front men in the 1960’s were ‘James Brown’ and ‘Chuck Berry’ and Little Richard’. If you watch these three performers, you will see where Mick learned his act.
He was 72 yrs and 2 months, actually. DOB = July 26, 1943, This was Sept 26, 2015.
And, Taylor is at the age to be grand daughter of Mick.
It's nice to see music stars from different generations performing together.
Ageist!
Like Bing Crosby and David Bowie you mean?
@benadams1661 what?? 😄
It’s also nice to see superstars support younger talent instead of steal their spotlight, insult them and turn their fans against them…Kanye.
I agree, It's wonderful! Like the Lady GaGa/Tony Bennett pairing and many, many others. In my opinion, music is the greatest unifier humanity has. Whatever type of music a person likes, it has the same effect on all of us - it stirs the soul, sits on the heart and becomes a part of you. I remember back in the 70s, I think, maybe early 80s, someone did a disco/dance version of Mozart. And it was a big hit because it stirred the souls of a lot of people. Just like this song and these artists do. I am continuously amazed by the talent of the people that create music. From classical to jazz to the Great American Songbook of 'standards' (nothing standard about it}, to blues, to R&B to rock - in all it's carnations - to disco to folk to country to hip hop to rap - all of it is fantastic and fascinates me. I have my favorites, like everyone does, and that's the beauty of music. There's so much out there - more than enough to touch every single soul on earth. Never take it for granted. Appreciate the work, the heart and soul, these talented people put into making this beautiful thing called music. Never take for granted the power of it. To bring joy, awareness, passion, understanding. To make us feel! And the unity that comes with it. Something this world so sorely needs...
Taylor's guitarist had an epic moment this night. Got to play on Satisfaction and got Mick Jagger leaning on him while playing lead. Not every day, a guy gets to fill in for Keith Richards. Pretty amazing. Mick and Taylor are obviously top performers, goes beyond saying. The rhythm section did a great job making this a total party jam too.
A night he'll never forget.
Taylor SWIFT showed Mick how to Rock, but no satisfaction!
Please, never in a million years will Faylor's music last as long as the Stones. !00 years from now, Swift's template teen pop will be forgotten and Gimme Shelter and Jumping Jack Flash will be jamming in space.@@alphabetsoup488
All of Taylor's Band, & Backup Singers could be in their own Band or they would fit into any Band in the World. However instead they are with the biggest musical artist of all time. That in itself is a challenge.
Taylor pays her huge staff handsomely & even though Taylor of course has the last say, the musicians do have some creative input, I'm just not sure how much. It does say a lot that Taylor has the lowest turnover of staff of any Business. Also her guitarist - Paui Sidoti & bass guitarist Amos Hellar, have been with Taylor since 2007. The Starlights, the 4 backup singers been with her since 2012. Taylor's drummer Matt Billingslea has been with her since 2013. They are all highly talented musicians at the top of their game, that don't look to be going anywhere.
Always been a fan of the S and I have my hat off for Swift.
Jagger on another level, he's a wonderful sight to behold. ☝🏻🎤
The man can single handedly raise the dead to dance along to his on stage theatrics.
Greatest front man ever!
That famous line…
“Make a dead man come!”
@@ProctorsGamble Correction..."Cum"...
Jagger is definitely a great front man, but personally, I think Freddie Mercury was the greatest front man ever.
Mick only has one speed-full on professional enthusiasm-always.
@@cw5451 When asked, most people pick one of those two. How cool would it have been to them both perform together on stage.
Dude remains the top dude. Mick never gets the “you getting old” memo. The epitome of the saying “age is nothing but a number.” He reminds all to enjoy life as much as possible regardless of age.
What's more unbelievable is Keith Richards is still alive ! 😅
💯 certain! I mean, who on earth doesn't love The Rolling Stones⁉️🇺🇲💙🇬🇧@@briangriffin5524
@@briangriffin5524 He's come a long way from "most likely to die young."
Live like you were dying.
Spot on
Only Mick can have this kind of move on stage . His body is music .
Mick just shows up and is in full form at a moment's notice. Icon.
You may feel like a superstar until Mick Jagger walks in
And blows her right out of the water!
I cannot believe this man just had his 80th B-Day and can still move like he moves and look as good as he does. Amazing !
Yes, at 80, I watch him and he exhausts me. I think he's really healthy.
@@tourdedogue4952 Oh ya'll....when l watch this beautiful guy ....me being exhausted isn't a word that comes to mind.Yeehhaawww
It's called being rich 😂
Because.. He's an English man.
I know it's thrilling and exhausting don't you.llove him more❤❤❤
The first time I saw the Stones was in either 64 or 65 at an open theater in San Diego, now it’s 2023 and I’m still going to Stone’s concerts. That’s almost 60 years, damn I got old.
No just vintage rock n roller lol same for me I would travel to see shows all across California, NY, Seattle, Oregon. Canada etc for like 42 years
Ditto !!! ❤
I'm going to see the Rolling Stones at Gillette Stadium in May 🙂
Sadly I wasn't fortunate to see The Stones live but from the first time I saw Mick and the band on T.V. in 1964 I was hooked. I won't say what my Dad's comments were though! There has never been anyone like him on stage since, the energy is still there. I'm a 'young' 72 and he still makes me want to get up and dance!! 🤩
That's exactly what I said to myself. 😂
I respect Taylor Swift for inviting this rock legend to peform with her. She's an awesome talent in her own right. To really see what Mick Jagger was like in his younger years, just check out his performances with the Stones from back in the late 60's and 70's. Rocks best front man for sure.
Mick is welcome to come and perform with me on stage. We could do "Jumpin' Jack Flash" or somethin" In fact, Taylor is welcome too. We could do "You Belong with Me" or "Antihero" or somethin'.
Mick performs the same way as when he was younger.
I was at the Stones’ Altamont free concert in California in 12/69. Mick was trying to reproduce Woodstock with great intentions. There was a great lineup of rock groups (Jefferson Airplane, The Grateful Dead, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, etc.) and the music was amazing. But towards evening things got out of hand between the Hells Angels (hired by the Stones as security and paid them with beer… a very bad idea as it turned out) and concertgoers. The Stones were playing “Sympathy for the Devil” when a young man was stabbed and killed right in front of the stage. I was thinking that kinda ended the amazing 60s… “the day the music died.” I have always loved The Rolling Stones and still do @age 73.
A friend took me to see thd Stones in the Summer of 78 in Cleveland, OH. The OLD cleve Stadium. It was packed. Good seats, got some good pics.
That song is one of the most iconic in the history of popular music, rock and pop would not have been the same without that song
When the soviet union was just that, ill never forget this Bbc world report that i listened to one night at about 3am while making tea cos i couldnt sleep, and it described how an orchestra had played a concert in Moscow and had finished with a brave flourish - sensing which way the gorbachov wind was blowing - playing Satisfaction. We take this for granted. Never take The Stones for granted. There will never be a band as great as The Stones again.
I've been a fan of syncopated music since the days of Rhythm 'n' Blues, and when I first heard this song, I thought, "What's that noise?" If you're singing a song with endless (and boring) repetition, how do you know when you get to the end?
I was born the year that song was released
Indeed, it might be considered The Stones' trademark single... KDM
❤❤❤ Mick Jagger is my generation. He just celebrated his 80th birthday. I am 77. I saw him perform Satisfaction in the 60s when I was a sophomore in college. I grew up with the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Eagles, Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, Dillon, Leonard Cohen, etc. It is really not possible for me to get excited about Taylor Swift. She looks stiff and stilted next to the musicians of my generation. I like her as a good person and a lovely lady. I hope she matures to be a great musician, too. PS. The Eagles are on tour right now and the Stones are about to go on tour, after releasing their new album. I love watching Mick perform! ❤❤❤
You seem to me to be a lady who as a teenager you were a huge fan of bands like "THE HOLLIES" and/or "THE BYRDS". Two of the most brilliant and influential ROCK BANDS of their times. Oh and also "THE SMALL FACES"!!!!
I know I’m so excited for their 2024 concerts
Eagles are fabulous in concert. Fortunate enough to see them 3 times and looking forward to this tour also. Would love to see The Stones, too. My time was the 60s and it was rock and roll all the way.
Like the t-shirts say:
I may be old( 71), but I saw all the best bands and the greatest musicians. Never will there be music like in those days.
Good times....
These are two rock stars and I'm a 74 year old rock 'n roller from way back and Taylor Swift knocks me out in 2023.
I’m turning 73 in two days. Thanks to both of these fun and classy performers.
This is not a knock on Taylor...but she IS NOT a Rock Star...John Lennon, Keith Richards, Pete Townshend, Joe Strummer, Keith Moon, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Jim Morrison, Mick Jagger, Steve Marriott, Joe Walsh, Steven Tyler, Chrissie Hynde, Peter Buck, Noel Gallagher...THOSE are rock stars...
Hey! Welcome to the Old Gimmers Club. I am 88years old, and I still love the old rock stars. When I saw the blurb for Mick to perform with Taylor Swift I thought that she was using this collaboration for some publicity. HOW WRONG WASI!!! She gets up and rocks like a veteran. I have to say that Mick has ALWAYS been a fave, but now I am adding Taylor Swift to the list. Well Done young lady.
I am happy to correct-math is my weak skill-I am seventy-two.
54 and she BLOWS ME AWAY even with a lifetime following songwriters
Mick is simply ageless. Taylor is so intelligent and generous with her fans to have them share all this.
This is the first song I ever bought, at a rummage sale for $.50 in 1973 on a 45 and I still own it in 2023.Great that Taylor recognizes the older bands and respects them as most new performers have no clue about music history. The Stones were one of the pioneers of rock and pop music, and are still going today.
In many list by experts...the number 1 rock and roll song ever.
Taylor has always understood that she stands on the shoulders of giants. That lady is a serious student of music in all its genres.
Mick and Taylor both have an amazing stage presence. Doesn’t matter if it’s a smaller venue with many different artists or their own stadium. They get the people going!
I have said to people very often that Taylor Swift was women's answer to Mick Jagger, but had no idea they'd actually performed together. This was just awesome!
Mick Taylor is the name of a former stones guitarist.
@@jaynasheats4895 Nope. That would be Christina Aguilera. Check her out with the Stones She steals the show and runs with it.
45 years age difference, doesn’t seem it
Good clean FUN!!
Good old Mick; always puts on a fantastic show
He's 71 in this video and still Rocks like a teenager! He's timeless and Taylor is scintillating!
I’m a fan of Mick Jagger and The Rolling Stones and this particular song is very memorable to me . It brings back memories from yesteryears. I am literally tearing up seeing them perform together.
How nice to see a dame like this with Mr. Mick---- Two people of immense talent....'taylor' made for the big stage.
I adore Miss Taylor, but no one can touch Mick...the GOAT! ❤
Look at his showmanship and singing. A masterpiece!
His footwork is timeless!
73 years old Mick looked fitter than most people half his age! He is the only rocking roller that can still move like in his twenties. Nothings changed except some wrinkles on the face! What an incredible man!
He runs almost daily
@@jackramsay2267 More than just running, he stretches, has a full yoga routine and lifts light weights.
"Satisfaction" says rock 'n roll more than any song ever. It is the quintessential rock song of all time.
Great to see Mick Jagger performing with Taylor Swift and for a younger generation! I was lucky enough to see him in his prime, and he still has charisma and the same enthusiastic energy!
Few can move like this at age 72. Freaking awesome.
With the exception is Steven Tyler at 75 he’s got the moves like jagger lol.
Mick Jagger: A legend in his own time!
Incredible to see and hear my teenage star performing with my latest star - good on you Taylor for showcasing Mick.
What a thing to do!!! Incredible... she is just fabulous to get Mick on her stage with his magic and this immortal tune!
however i look at it the other way around. fabulous of Mick to agree to do that for her!
@@witz1726 that too, of course.
ANOTHER 70s Rock n roll Giant the 70s were the best ever Released in 1971
The guitar riff is both iconic and so recognizable
That was so powerfully good feeling!!!! To see two famous artists, that many different generations apart come together and rock the house as one. And they both looked so good together!!!!
Taylor has performed with so many of the greats of music. Not many people realize this. But I know I've seen her with Bryan Adams, Def Leppard, Carly Simon, Paul McCartney, and even Madonna to name a few. I think it would blow people's minds who don't like Taylor that she has been able to do so and has these musicians support her. 😊
"even Madonna"... Like she was the greatest of those you mentioned.
@@oneshothunter9877 I didn't mean it that way. I added Madonna because no one would think of those two being onstage together. Yes, I can see her being onstage with some of the others. But I just never pictured her with Madonna.🤷♀️. So, no I am definitely not saying she's better. But however you want to think.🙄
and The Rolling Stones
And Michigan says..EVEN MADONNA!
@@michaelg6641 yes, she's wonderful!😜
GO MIICK .... love to see this !!!! My Hero ..... thanks Taylor ... love that you did this. Your guitar player was fab too
A music legend, a real timeless song, a simply fantastic Taylor ....excellent performance! ❤
People used to say that the Stones would take any band on the road to open for them, no matter how huge or great the band was, because they knew they were still going to put on the better show. No fear about their performance not being 100%. I see the same thing in the fact that Taylor will bring out anyone on stage and she knows she can hold her own alongside them. This was absolutely amazing to watch.
The Rolling Stones and Taylor Swift have always treated their fans well. It has paid off for both.
I saw them at the L.A. Colloseum when GNR opened for them. Both bands put on a great show.
True
@@tokk3n-hj4xg same I was at that show at the LA Colosseum, it was 2 days with Van Halen so many great bands both days ! also at the Rose Bowl both times with Guns N’ Roses, and in living color. Went with my dad and my brother to the rose bowl and my dad to the coliseum
True but even the stones admit Skynyrd blew them off the stage when they opened for the stones in the early 70’s
Two icons! It don’t get much better than that! 😊❤
Happy Birthday, Mick. 80 years old today!
Top 3 special guest Taylor!
Freaking love that you know your rock n roll history. Keep it up woman.
These two are the best of the young and older! So cool to watch!!!
the most iconic thing I’ve seen today
With all due respect to T. Swift, Mick Jagger showed up and stole the show 😃
Completamente.
WOW, TWO LEGENDS, CAN NOT BEAT THAT, IT IS JUST OWESOME, MICK AND TAYLOR, AMAZING ❤❤❤❤

Incredible pairing.Greatest song in rock and roll history. Never thought I'd see this.Thank you very much
Great song. Not the greatest
Indeed, a thank you to the person who put this up, and to Taylor Swift for having the courage to share her stage with the greatest rock singer alive! He is quite formidable, even if one is on top of her game.
@@frostysilverstein842 It does take courage. Swift is a fine singer and song writer. But clearly upstaged by this old guy.
@@kristinaant9747 I beg to differ
@jon trinks I mean. Jagger has been touring forever. You cannot possibly expect taylor, even with her experience, to top that. You cannot top 40 years of experience.
Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones are the greatest Rock and Roll band ever.
I follow them since 1968. Thanks Mick !
I can't get no Satisfaction...is and will be the greatest rock song ever made...for many years to come...if not centuries...
You have good taste
Mick definitely put Taylor to shame!!!! He's the best performer ever!! He is what music is about!!
If this proves anything, it proves how amazing Tina Turner was.
What a great duo 😊❤. Mick and Taylor made an amazing team. I happen to enjoy them both🎉😊. I'm getting satisfaction watching this. Right On!
I get a kick out of Mick, always going in staccato time!😊
Micks Jagger & Taylor made a REALLY amazing team!! (preparing for incoming 😂)
No one ever tried harder than Mick! The greatest.
But Taylor is objectively the greatest!😊
Greatest Front Man Ever!
"objectively"? I don't consider my opinions objective. The very def. of opinion includes subjective. Why do you consider yours different? I prefer Prince, for one. Freddie. Debbie. Arlo. Elvis. Cash. I agree Mick outstanding and have no argument beyond calling opinions objective. I would note there are frontmen like Prince who add instrumental virtuosity Mick doesn't have. This meaningful to me. "Objectively"" pointless ???
@BoynamedMagnus183 i like taylor, She isnt in Micks league though. Mick Jagger is rock and roll. He's immortal and so is Keith Richards... rolling stones are the greatest rock and roll band in the world..have been for 50 years.

This was amazing. Two music icons!!
mick jagger move like he was in 20 years old . what a person and even his voice still rockkkkk

Her voice is so horrid she should put the mic in boiling water.
Sensational. Now that’s Show Business!
I'm 78 & been a Stones fan from the beginning. Saw them 2002 with Cheryl Crow. Blew me away as so fantastic a show. Of course being an ole rocker not a Swiftie or fan of today's music. Rock on Mick!
After all those years Mick still has so much to offer that even in 2024 its difficult to not watch til the last second
Mick's stage presence simply and greatly overshadows Taylor'. At her show non the less. Neither of them could help that. It's just what it is.
As an old fogie, I certainly respect Taylor musically and using her "huge superstar" position to force labels/streaming sites etc. to better treat and compensate the "artists". 👍
Mick overshadows most, always have, always will.
she has an insanely great stage presence especially when performing her own music, however mick jagger's stage presence will almost always overshadow any artist
So, you're wrong. It's his song, and Taylor always give the spotlight to her colleagues on her concerts, go and watch Taylor and other guests at her shows. Now if one day will have the hypothetical case of having those two actually compiting for the spotlight would be very fun to watch 'cause both are amazing performers.
Taylor is no Tina . Mick phenomenal as usual! ❤️
No, not just you... Mick really IS the most. For real. Sir Mick, forever.
I came to know Taylor Swift through some of my students, the more I see of her, the more I admire her, she is a true genuine artist who loves what she does. It's a joy to see her, I wish I an go to one of her concerts some day,

Mick showing Taylor all the moves.
I'm grateful for this channel. Thank you Taylor & Taylor Fans!
They BOTH rocked !!!
There's a lot to this. This is the first riff kids learned to play on their new guitars. Guitars they got because of the Beatles and here are the Stones and then all that leads to this day and we have Taylor inviting Mick on her stage and doing the song that let the Stones take their place right beside the Beatles. Back then, you never saw rock stars collaborating, but now it's a regular thing and that makes today's music scene so great.
I am gobsmacked. I had no idea Tay and Mick were buds. I saw the Stones in concert once and never had the cash for Taylor Swift. He is the king of rock and roll and she is the princess of sexy. Long live Rock and Roll.
Mick’s the man!!!!
I was at this concert!!! Loved it!- she also brought out Leona Lewis that night too!

Amazing how relevant the lyrics of this song still are - The Stones ruled!~
Epic! 2 of the biggest, baddest icons past & present. Mick Jagger is in his 80s but watching him perform doesn't make you feel old- He makes you feel ALIVE!
Great moment. Two of THE biggest selling front-persons of all-time. Total pros!
and that is why Mic is an icon
Taylor is the shrewdest performer I have seen so far! She knows how to be great: stand with them, perform with them, learn from them. That is why she is a billionaire at 33 years old!!
Give me a break, please. I saw the Stones 2X and Taylor is a great for her generation BUT Taylor sit down and DREAM.
