This is so relaxing to watch... the birds, the shrooms, the music
🦚🍄🎼.
Was just coming here to say the same thing, but you beat me to it. 💞
I've found Unicorns!
Women with dirt under their nails, sun on their faces enjoying the outdoors. Discovering the wonder around them and creating beauty from the discarded.
I love the pipe shrooms. I have seen some made with walnut shells ,I liked them also.
Lovely Alex, you and your lovely artistic piece 🌹🌹
Yeah Alex. Trim those nails!
The fairies may move in them now
Alex you're a true artist, beautiful creations
That's the cutest bunch of hand made mushrooms I have seen in a really long time! They came out looking spectacular and so real looking! I think you both are amazing women. You have shown us, time and time again how resourceful you both are. You can almost feel the love and kindness that you both put into everything you create with your own four hands, it totally blows my mind! For real? Is there anything you ladies can't do? 😁👍
Turned out great.
Loved how both your kitty and shwoo went looking with you, so cute.
Your videos are like sweet dreams you don't want to wake up from. You're a major talent.
A beautiful job, Alex. The copper leaf was an inspired addition. Clever ladies!
So beautiful! I love your creativity.
Three excellent pieces of art - the sculpture, the leaf and the film - thank you Alex and Gail
So charming! Even Shwoos have an appreciative eye for hand-crafted art.
That is the most fascinating and relaxing video I have seen for a long, long time. Thank you for your artistry and the music.
Beautiful, I really like the finesse in your work. I loved the wild flowers and Shwoos too, I never get tired of watching. Those pipe bowls would make pretty tinkling bells.🧚🏻
Omg! You are both so talented! What a beautiful sculpture Alex, and so skilfully done x
So clever! Absolutely love it. X
What a wonderful project! Thank you for sharing your art
The life style, hobbies and adventures you lovely ladies share with us reminds me of a beautiful Victorian era dream. It is a very special life to treasure.
I love what you have done with the clay pipes and that beautiful piece of wood. So happy I ran across you ladies channel I have an appreciation for Mudlarkers and and y’all are my favorite Mudlarkers.
Very Nice and good choice of music, very calming. Thank You
You have a wonderful imagination to make this! I love your attention to detail.
Lovely! Great job Alex. And nice touch with the copper leaf, Gail. ❤️. Very creative use of your finds.
That was a lovely idea toake those mushrooms. Gale you must be to proud of how your daughter has grown into such a lovely young woman.
Absolutely love the 🍄🍄🍄 and the addition of the copper leaf just finished it off ❤️
Pipe shrooms how cute are that. Cool idea 👍
I can't find the words to describe how happy my heart is after watching this!
Very much enjoyed this. Amazing when finished. Thanks.
Hi Alex,
What a clever thing to do with old clay pipe bowls and stems.
You have a very creative mind, well done...😎👍👍
Beautiful, just beautiful. 💜
Thank you Alex, so sweet! Loved the piece and I hope the moss continues to grow!
A lovely creation Alex and a really well edited video. That oak burr is beautiful. One little tip when using a handsaw rub a candle down the sides of the blade before using it makes it a lot easier and prevents it jamming. Well done :)
Made me think of "FairyTale: A True Story" from 1997, where they build a house for the fairies, love it! One question though, What happened to the 4th shroom?
Just beautiful!!!! 🍄
Original and beautiful. Thank you for showing us how to do it!
Alex you have a wonderful gift of creativity!
Alex this is absolutely a Work of Art!!! It's a fantastic, beautiful sculpture and I LOVE it!! You are both so clever & artistically-minded (no wonder you appreciate Nature so much!); thank you for letting us watch you create such a truly lovely piece. Stay safe and well, blessings from Sydney ❤ 🐨
Ahhh lovely even though I do feel you could have left the bowls intact I felt a little sad when you sanded away at the pipe bowls hahaha....it was like taking away the sands of time!Possibly felt that way because I dont own pipe bowls and would love to and so probably feel they are so precious whereas in actual fact there are millions of them everywhere in the UK. Very lovely idea though and that oak burr was amazing.
Alex - you combined found treasures and created assemblage art! Repurposing your pipes was brilliant. Make sure to sign and date this piece as it is unique and clever ❤️
Very nice video...one of your best! Loved the music...peaceful and relaxing. You are very creative!
You know you're obsessed with mudlarking when you are 2nd to comment within 10 mins of posting the vid😂 brilliant timing just poured myself a cuppa
So creative and wonderful work😍
i would have loved to have been the 3rd! That would have meant for me to be awake around 3am my time. As much as I love the Northern Larkers this morning was too cold for that! LOL
Wow😲, I've never seen an oak burr before it was worked. You did an amazing job, Alex, at bringing out the beautiful grain😍. And SO clever with the pipe bowls and stems turned into mushrooms 👏👍. Your piece looks like a lovely glimpse of magical forest where one might see some "wee folks" 🧚🧝🧙 foraging around ☺️😉. Thank you both for this relaxing and inspiring video ☺️😊. Hello to Miss Boozhams 😽, Miss White Shwoo🦚 and Miss Brown Shwoo 🦚👋.
☮️🕉️☺️🤗🤭😘.
Outstanding creativity and a real pleasure to watch! Thank you for sharing with us.
Clever!
tasteful and beautiful sculpture
The beginning, in the woods. I could watch that all day let alone the rest. You live in a beautiful part of the world!
Best use of broken antique clay pipes and old copper pipes I’ve seen. Great job.
How clever! And I love seeing your friends!😻
U girls never cease to amaze me mushrooms from clay pipes who knew? Awesome
Clever girl 😊
alex, that is the loveliest thing i’ve seen crafted.
it looks so life like. gold star ⭐️ , you are top off the class, well done. X
That's awsome!! Wish I had enough pipe bowls to do this!!!!
Loved your creative video! Thanks so much for sharing your talent of creativity! Be safe stay happy keep creating! Cheers hugs XxJamice🇨🇦
Alex's aesthetic evolution is showing in the videos, it's so pretty and romantic even. So pleasant to watch. Also when she made the "mushrooms" caps clank against each other made me think if it would possible to make wind chimes with them (by attaching a fishing line through the stem and cap) but idk how fragile they are... Either way! So pretty
Absolutely gorgeous!!
Alex, I find this and other videos very relaxing. The choice of music, background shots, etc are amazing. Thanks for letting us watch.
Alex and Gail are true artists....So talented. Love it. Enjoy your channel enormously.
Alex I just adore your creativity. Imagine if the spirit of one very old Scots ancestor were looking over your shoulder to see what you did with his pipes!
I love what you both of you create it's so magical thank you
like the process and the scenery in between the process shots.
This video was mesmerizing! Loved it through and through... just beautiful music, people, pets and scenery! No talking needed. Fab job!
Brilliant!
I love all of your vids but, this one is most definitely my favorite. I love your narration but, it seemed fitting in this case to leave the video to do the talking. Very Very well done!!! I am impressed.
Absolutely fabulous!
Beautifully done !
Don't get me wrong, I love watching you guys find things, but seeing you create art out of the things you find are definitely my favorite videos
Wow what lovely magic mushies 😺
You are so creative. Those mushrooms/fungi are really stunning. Watching you use the 2 part epoxy glue took me back about 45 years when my father worked for a well known adhesive company in South Africa and they just brought out the first epoxy 2 part glue - we were able to go to the factory with him if he was called out at night and watch it being made (no health & safety issues in those days). You are such a lovely mother & daughter team to watch - you never cease to amaze us with new and different crafts etc. Bless you both.
Amazing Keep up all the hard work 👏👏 Liked & subscribed 👊
The Schwoo approves!
I love the creativity that you guys add to your treasures
LOVE IT!!! 🍄💜💙💚
Beautiful
What a darling little exhibit! Very creative♡.
Thanks for this beautiful video. That's the prettiest use of pipe bowls and stems (and a wig curler?) I've seen; I am partial to mycelium, too.
Alex,
Lovely.
I was watching you fit the mushrooms and thought, I hope she angles them.... and you did!
What a nice thing to do to include your Mum's lovely feather
Cheers,
Rik Spector
Such a beautiful and original piece of artwork. ❤️ You’re so talented, Alex, as is your lovely mum, Gail.❤️
Thank you for sharing! ❤️ xx
This was so mega beautiful in the making. Lovely to watch. 🤗❤️🌈😽
Aw, every end of summer we have "fairy rings" on our property🌷
What an awesome idea! I love them.
I like this quiet video. No need for words, just getting down to work! Different for you, but effective. I love how you took your finished piece for a little walk in the woods down by the stream and the last shot of the Shmoo checking out your creation is wonderful.
So cute and the schmoo thinks so too!! Very nice... I see lots of ppl finding pipes and what to do with them?? Seems you have found a beautiful solution.. love ur vids Hello to mum as well!!
Great camera work, well edited there Gail and Alex. Those clay pipe mushrooms look so real. great little figures for a nice garden, something my mum would like , very creative. Was relaxing to watch. Great work there Alex👍✌️🌷
You make all the Woodlands creatures happy..your exquisite creation is just smack dab totally awesome yet at the same time you expect to see a fairy just to pop on by and saying thanks for remembering us. Am just in awe of this piece. Well done for sure alex.
Girl u r a wonder child 😘❤
The shrooms that popped up in your wood, your magic hand that made them good. Of pipe bowls and their whitened stems, like Fairy skirts with dainty hems. It made me wish to wander there, where life is free, and without a care, and for a moment all was good, within your magic making wood!
Thank you Alex, your gifts are such an inspiration.
Oh how lovely these are! Gail's copper pipe leaf completed the sculpture. The music you played during the video was just beautiful. Thank you for another great Northern Mudlarks video!
Shwoo wanted mushroom soup too
Sorry about so many replies it was one love spellcheck. I love your originality and the music you use for your program having coffee or tea with friends and family!Fantastically beautiful
❤️ this is just adorable!
How imaginative!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this!!
Visually beautiful and hypnotic to watch. Enjoyed the clicking of the clay pipes (slight ASMR feel). You ladies always get the right tone set in videos. Better than television.
Gale and Alex thank you for sharing your artistry in both video and beautifully crafted pieces.
So talented Alex! That piece is worthy of a wee art gallery with a hefty price tag! I always love your music choices ladies - this video esp was so relaxing to watch and listen too. Just what we need to wind down on a Fri night. Have a good weekend xx
Absolutely wonderful, you are so talented 😍
Alex you are so talented how lovely the the finished clay pipe fungi looked , it looked so realistic. The use of Gail's copper leaf just set it of greatly, absolutely love watching your videos and can't wait for the next one
So lovely, I too have always been drawn to all kinds of mushrooms. They are just so perfect and regal looking. You are a great artist. 🌿🌼🌻
So clever!! Loved every moment!! Thank you for sharing your talents with us, Alex! 💝
At first I thought it was just the video frame rate making it seem like it, but the drill bits were going in the wrong direction, probably why it was smoking. Beautiful piece Alex.
Wow!, what a very artistic thing you made it looks absolutely stunning! Loved the beautiful leaf you made Gail, Looking forward to your next video.xx
Wonderful idea
