Fly Fishing "The Lady" Elk River, WV - Wooly Bugged

Video of Michael Evanko fly fishing the upper Elk River (aka The Lady) near the Randolph, Pocahontas County lines in West Virginia. This video was shot on August 12-13, 2017. The water temperatures hovered around 59°. The water fished in this river is just below the Elk Springs Resort property. This is public water covered by catch and release regulations. If you decide to fish this section of the Elk River, you must use a fly rod.
