Wow, this video was so enlightening!! I am in a season where the Lord is speaking to me about the idea of "capacity." This was right on point ! 2 Corinthians 9:8 says that God has given us all the grace we need to be sufficient in everything at every time to abound in every good work. Notice that the "every good work" is the work that HE has called us to like Jada mentioned in the video. There are things we involve ourselves in that God has not called us to, therefore, we get burnt out easier than we need to. Love this vid
She Is Favored true , society tells us we can do anything but that’s not what God has called us to do .

I must day I see so much of me in my "First Lady" (she doesn't too much car to be called that) but I learned a lot about myself in this....heading over to watch part 2
I was all in till she mentioned that she endorsed yoga and didn't want anyone to suggest that it is not Biblical. Sorry, but yoga is ANTI-Biblical.
Don't take my word for it. Research the roots of yoga, the traditional yoga beliefs, and the fact that all certified yoga teachers must complete hours of chanting things in Sanskrit like, "I give my soul to Shiva" (aka "the Destroyer").
Don't get me wrong - there is nothing wrong with the moves, the stretches, etc. They just don't need to be called "yoga," which is a Hindu worship practice intended to "yoke" (the meaning of yoga) your soul to something or someone other than Jesus.
@Jada Edwards Nah sis you don't have to come up with a different name. Like you said folks just need to find a place that "ain't chiming or chanting.." LOL and keep it pushing. The physical benefits can't be disputed.

Jada, I can relate to being a Pastors Wife and having the many jobs. Also, when it comes to counseling “imma straight shooter” and they need to do the homework before coming to the next session, otherwise we’ll reschedule.
