It has been about 20 years since I’ve fished St. Claire for smallies. Love the fight. Between me and my brother in law we caught over a 100 smallies in a small area using white tube baits. Mark you are the Tony Stewart of bass fishing. Your to the point and no nonsense attitude is badass. 👍
This video prompted me to take off last Friday. Had over 20 bites, and caught a giant musky. Biggest smallmouth was stitching the rage swimmer on the bottom using the Zona signature all purpose rod, just as he teaches in this video.
I thought watching this video would temporarily take care of the itch to get after some smallies. Wrong! This only made it worse 😂 Technical question: what knot do you use for your dropshot rig? Oh and btw, thank you for the shark knot demo all those years ago! It hasn't failed me once.
