It’s not advisable to use generic stuff or unbranded TUB CLEANERS. They are very strong and will damage the tub from backside which will make you to replace entire tub later. It may show good cleaning initially but later, if you continuously use these unbranded stuff, it will damage in the long run. Hence, LG recommends their own descaler and same with IFB or so. You may use any branded stuff like IFB de scaler to Bosch or LG or vice versa. But don’t use any unbranded stuff got from Flipcart or Amazon. You visit the service centre of your washing machine or showroom, these descalers are available.

@@PALLAVIHOMETRENDS to confirm what I mentioned, you may check with LG or IFB service centre or showroom. One of mine got damaged by using such stuff and technicians repeatedly said not to do so. Hence, with my bad experience, I am sharing this to avoid such for others.
