Bike Lover no it isn’t, but it will seat 4 in comfort (5 at a push) which would work as a compromise for a lot of people. For me the biggest issue with the M8 GC is the length of the bloody thing. It overhangs almost all parking spaces.. I’d be constantly worried about somebody bashing into it 🙈
I think if you don't have a family and don't need the practicality of 4 doors then the M8, but if you need practicality then the M5. Tony's hilarious. Great video.

15:27 You can get the standard M8 in some markets e.g. the USA, and you can no longer get the regular M5 in the UK. BMW UK have dumped all regular M models and only sell comps to us because most buyers bought the comp anyways.

No. However used values are plummeting and in a couple of years this will be a great proposition. Tony is right though if you want the ultimate sports car then skip the M8 altogether and go 911. Turbo s is where it's at.

I agree with tony,. Bmw m5 in that colour is awesome value for money. Only issue is depreciation. M8 is nice and does look more aggressive, has pointless rear seats, I would rather buy a 911 than the m8.
If you have no kids and no family M8 If you want one of the fastest all rounf cars then M5 If you want a quality,even more space and a proven performance engine and a brutal look then you opt for the RS6... It's that simple👍
M5 Comp over an M8 any day. I just don't understand the M8...it's huge, but has no interior space. However I'd take an E63s or RS6 over the M5 comp, simply because estate car. The M5 can never be the best "all rounder" for me until they make a "touring"
Isn't a running in service nothing more than changing the oil? But both cars look great. I'd take the M8 if i had the choice but having a backseat is also handy sometimes. And in the M8 you can only transport people in the back without legs or small children.
