I am curious whether there is also a cysteine deficiency in large parts of the population? Because Glynac apparently boosts glutathione so much.

Dr. Livingood I was out on rosuvastin for lowering cholesterol but I have noticed memory concerns after I wake up so I want to get off this. I didn't know that it removes COQ10!!! IM ACTUALLY USING COQ10 now ...I've decided to stop taking rosuvastatin if it removes what I'm taking thru COQ10...

You mentioned iodine for dryness but what about salivating too much? My brother had a stoke 4 months ago and he is having a salivating reaction to what, we don’t know. Thank you for taking the time to put out these informative videos. That being said, I think I'm more confused than ever! Sooo much information. I just want to get (and feel) healthy. But I can't afford to take ALL the supplements. How do I know what ones I need? If I take one without another, it won't work. If I take this one, I might become toxic with another🤯I have watched several of your videos and feel I have learned from them. For now, I will try to eat more organic, whole foods. Less processed. Farm raised chicken eggs, grass fed beef, get 10 minutes of intense exercise per day, try intermittent fasting, maybe do a 3 day detox,and drink plenty of water! I just turned 51 and my body, well everything, has changed. I feel drained, tired, achy and have digestive issues. I will continue to watch your videos and implement better eating habits.

Do you have vitamins for kids?
Our supplements are safe for kids to take! The only exception is we do not recommend detoxifying supplements (Detox) for kids little bodies! The general rule Dr. Livingood recommends is a proportionate dosage based on weight. E.g. If you weigh 150 lbs and your child weighs 75 lbs then you would give them 1/2 the dosage that you take. You can open any of our capsuled supplements and mix them into food, drink or smoothies for them! -LGD Team
