for some of us non broke asses, its actually worth it. comes preloaded. otherwise, if you build it yourself. it could take time, to do it properly. im far too lazy and rich for that. *forks over a measly $80*

I wouldn't recommend anyone have this many games if your interested in games, and gaming, because your never gonna care too complete nor master any particular title. We are humans with limited time and muscle memory. Less is more, start with the games you grew up with and could never complete only, no filler. Complete those.. Then put another couple of roms on.. Put a nice 3d box art png for your new games and give the time to those new additions The old ways are the right ways
would be nice if i only could get the card with onion. I just bought my mini plus but the onion version that is available for download right now is not working for the miyo mini plus.
How much did you pay for the card from RetroRager if you don’t mind me asking? They’re not taking orders right now so I’m trying to decide whether to wait on them get a card somewhere else. Thanks.
Seems like a decent collection to get up and running, but it's always best to make your own collection if you know how. To each their own but some systems that were added to this aren't that great. For example, Channel F isn't even worth the 5 seconds it takes to add it in my opinion. Horrible system.

No they test up to 128gb on their end so they say 128gb because they haven't gone further with their testing. Most handhelds made in Asia do the same thing.

Might be able to autogenerate a 4 player game collection. I'll have to check that out. I know on other platforms you can on your collection settings. Not sure if onion os has that option.
Honestly part of the fun is setting up your handheld yourself. I've got almost 9000 games but I also have a custom boot logo, and my own custom theme pack

I have the retroid 2 plus is there a preload for it? I have owned it for a year now and can't find any videos on how to get emulators and roms. I really hope thst a preload gets made for it. I hear there is a preload for the retroid 3 plus
This one comes with everything ready to go so it's plug n play as is. You don't have to do anything. If you're doing your own setup then you'll need onion os on whatever card you decide to use

yes, for me, when i go into the games tab (from main menu) the first icon that pops up is the "Search" option. then the different emulators.

Hey long as you have the plus you just slide it right into the micro sd card slot and power it on. Won't need to do anything else.

No they test up to 128gb on their end so they say 128gb because they haven't gone further with their testing. Most handhelds made in Asia do the same thing.

Steam deck is prob your best option if you want a handheld. It plays both great. This definitely isn't for those advanced collections.
retroid pocket 3+ does that and more for about $150.

I see a lot of PC ports on there. The best offerings from these systems required a keyboard, so they don't do much good on handhelds.
Thats why those emulators have a virtual keyboard on the screen most of the time
