I have some other projects that need to be done so I can work on the steam engine. First and foremost is getting the milling machine here and assembling it.
nice set of tracks, the ground level was 7 1/4 gauge what was the raised rail gauging? it looked narrower just by the size of the engines . nice video!
@@jamesabrams6721 thank you , that is neat to have those additional scale trains able to run. such a great place to be running the rails, have a great day.
Ohhhhh, my!, the engine bouncing all over, but the camera is holding steady! With that kind of speed, you might have to get a "light-bar-siren" for the Mill Brook locomotives.
@@MillBrookRailroad if i knew the mathematical equation, i could figure what the speed would be equal to in full size. But its still quite impressive for the size as it is.
@@MillBrookRailroad well, i have to admit, those speeds give the impressions of a larger scale operation, and the Mill Brook locomotives appear to be holding their own❗
nice. hopefully you can get your own steamer up and running soon. would be neat to see pulling a pellet train

Everything was perfect. Glad you did it. You deserve it.😊
Do days like this make it all worthwhile?? You gave her a "good stretch of the legs".

The raised rail is called the high line. You can run 3.5” and 4 3/4” gauged trains.

I always love it when you showcase Steam Engines on the channel. I love them so much! So cool!
The fake electric Steam engine was cool too.
Cool place, Nice scenery.👍
Good to see he got the faux steam engine together. Did he get to stretch her legs?
@@rhythmsoftherailroad6484 He did run it a little bit later, but I didn't get a runby.
What gauge was the smaller rail?
@@JibunnoKage-cj2kz It's dual gauge: 3-1/2" and 4-3/4"

That's what eight miles per hour looks like. It looks fast, but it's somewhere between a brisk walk and a light run.
@@MillBrookRailroad if i knew the mathematical equation, i could figure what the speed would be equal to in full size. But its still quite impressive for the size as it is.
@paulsmith5398 It is 1:8 scale. So, 8 miles per hour times 8 is 64 scale miles per hour.

Nice video
Thanks
Definitely a better thumbnail
