This apartment is really amazing. Elevator, Wraparound terrace, great sized rooms. The #1 thing I would do is open up that kitchen. #2 open the dining room to the living room with an arched opening #3 close off the bathroom door to the dining room, open it to the adjacent bedroom. Then close the passage way to the back from the dining room adding that space for the creation of a shower in the new mastersuite. Ditch those black floors for what else? MARBLE FLOORS . Paint everything including those doors. The bones are there this place is awesome.
Smashing property 🎉 generous size. Nice interior design, balcony is fabulous and location , location, location..beach, services , town and views🎉THANK YOU 🎉
Wow! The view and the size ot the terrace is wonderful! It is bright and cheery and it has some beautiful architectural details that are very special in an apartment!
Siete fantastici!! Grazie da Texas come sempre. Mi piace quando il prezzo è incluso nel “front page” guardo tutto ma per percepiva preferisco sapere. Questa casa è assolutamente perfetta per noi. Voremmo 2 bagni, viste del mare. I wish we could buy it today. You guys ROCK
Ooh, I love it! It's perfect, even has an elevator... almost... I wonder how many bureaucratic hoops one would have to jump through to be able to have one of those fold up stair glides(?) (Chairs on rails) installed. The only reno I would do is remove that bit of wall to create an open plan kitchen / dining area, as Fiorella suggested.
Hi. Trying to get the info from the realtor. In many apartments in Italy you don't have condo fees. If there are any repairs to be done owners are to pay for those as they happen
It depends on the quality you want. Stoves anything from €400. Fridges from €500 to €600. Hand made cabinets for this size a few thousand euros. You can always do cheaper or more expensive depending on the quality you want and how much you do yourself
Wow! What a view! Top of the rock apartment, how bad are the condo fees for something like this? What is the Italian word for condo fees? In Greek it’s Kenochrista and the higher the floor the higher the fees, they also take into account how many square meters the apartment is.
Hi. Fees depend not only on the property but on the residential status of the buyer, how many houses they own in Italy, whether the home in question would be their main home, etc. So it's always best to consult with the realtor and/or a notary as the notary will give you the final number.
Needs a complete revamp. 80's looking interior needs to go.... new kitchen, baths, revision of walls, maybe make an ensuite. Quite a bit to do, for what seems like a rather full price though.... what feeds the central heating? Also, astonishing amounts of either pigeon or rat do-do around the terrace walls. probably pigeon, judging by the pigeon spikes briefly visible. So I guess the question is how much do you value the views and location....and how much rental does it earn in high season, speaking as someone who'd use it in shoulder seasons to extend the crappy English summer.
OK, I've done internet research, and yes, significantly overpriced. Front line 2 bedder on sea front 270. Doesn't look as nice, but you know "sea front".
The price reflects what one could garner in rentals. A premium property waiting to be decorated. WOW! The view is fantastic! 👍❤️😄
Love the seagulls in the bathroom tile...perfect for the sea view.
Can always count on Fiorella to find a cute dog or cat to include in the video!
Love it!
I have family who live in and around Termoli, I spend my summers there on the beach. Such a wonderful place. It gets very quiet in the off season.

Spectacular apartment 😊. Do you know what the condo fees are?
Hi. Trying to get the info from the realtor.

What is a general cost to onput all of the kitchen cabinets & appliances?
It depends on the quality you want.
Stoves anything from €400. Fridges from €500 to €600. Hand made cabinets for this size a few thousand euros.
You can always do cheaper or more expensive depending on the quality you want and how much you do yourself
Hi Fiorella! Nice video! Do you know the size un sqm?

Hello Fiorella. Could you tell us about fees and taxes when buying real estate? How much does the price increase from the prices the seller puts in?
Hi. Fees depend not only on the property but on the residential status of the buyer, how many houses they own in Italy, whether the home in question would be their main home, etc. So it's always best to consult with the realtor and/or a notary as the notary will give you the final number.
What is the price I think I missed the price.
The price is given at the end: 210K euros
Too bad elevator does not go all the way up.
