Love mine. Thank you for not abandoning those of us in restricted states like so many other manufacturers have. Let’s see what that year end bonus looks like. Might get me a second one 😎
The answer is yes. It accepts different caliper uppers. Interchangeable with different manufacturers as well. In your gun case you can travel with one lower assembly and 3 different caliper uppers if that shakes your tree.
I was hoping for a .308 Winchester variant now that the assault weapons ban legislation is taking initiative here in VA. Hopefully it'll come around in a few years. If not, I hope Fightlite comes up with a better alternative.
The best way to deal with different chamberings is how you manage the gas system. The port should be at the optimum location and diameter, with a sealed gas system. You can also use adjustable gas to regulate the gas flow into the carrier to optimize the cyclic rate for the ammunition you are shooting, as well as the conditions.
I absolutely love your walnut butt stock and the 4 walnut plates on the barrel. It is beautiful. What happened that the SCR was discontinued for a while. I saw the SCR in Carbine magazine a couple of years ago and immediatly looked it up and it said that it was discontinued. Glad to see it back. I love the wood features as it takes away the military look. Maybe the liberals will leave it alone since it looks like a hunting rifle. Will it work on a Ruger AR556.
No. As far as I can tell the trigger is completely proprietary. I knew the hammer would be different but was hoping the other components would be mil spec. No joy. Hopefully these things take off this time and someone out there produces a match grade trigger.
Sadly, because of magwell sizing, it’s not possible to use one lower for uppers in 308 and 556. I have not yet heard of any manufacturer that created a spacer that slips in an AR10 to accommodate 5.56 sized magazines. Perhaps someone will prove me wrong?
So that's a legal firearm for New York and California? The only thing that differs from a regular AR-15 if there's no pistol grip. So the look is being banned not the operation. Yeah that makes sense 🙄
“Content coming soon” and then they don’t post anything on any of their social media platforms or even show up to shitshow. C’mon guys it’s getting hard to speak highly of you.

They kind of have in Washington State
Being able to turn an AR15 into a sport carbine is genious.
Yall read my mind on this beautiful product. Will be buying as soon as I can.
Do you make these in .308? Can find anything on your website about it.
Someday...fingers crossed...
Says on the lower option that you can get it in multiple calibers
Built around the ar 15 (not ar 10) so you could do a 6.5 or a 300 BO depending on what you’re looking for but no .308. At least, not yet.

@@iangrefig8815 6.5 Grendel buy not Creedmoor
a side charger would be cool
Does the CMMG .22 conversion kit work with your lower?
Make one in AR-10 pattern so we can use the taran tactical shotgun AR-10 upper :) 😊

Where is the lever action lower?
@ARESDefense Do you know if you will ever restock the SCR Bolt Carrier, Strut & Dowel Pin (17001)?
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the S(tate)port Co(mpliant)nfigurable Rifle 🙏
I really wanna put a 11.5 upper on the raider I feel it be sick plus lil better muzzle velocity
Love this, I want fde but black is all that’s available around here
@TheFifthWallz We also have FDE and OD in stock, as do our distributors.
wow this ingenious.
What types of calibers would the be chambered in?
Great product. Keep up the great work.
Great video. Thanks
Can the SCR lower be used with the belt fed upper receiver? Thank you
What do you do for different calibers as in buffering? Is there a adjustments for heavier calibers?

Wish that magwell was a little deeper ...
Any plans for an AR10 style rifle
Can i use the new FightLite polymer stock on my first gen lower? Any idea between the weight difference of the old vs new polymer stock?
Please make a foldable stock for this...

Do you make one to handle a .308 upper.
What if my upper is side charging
Any plans for making a stock that is adjustable in length, like the thordsen uses spacers?
You can adapt any Remmington 1100 adjustable stock with minimal tweaking. There are a couple of good instruction videos on RUclips
Can you add a magpul stock?
You can use an 870 magpul stock if you use a brn180 type upper.
How Do You Put The Trigger Back In!?😂
Does this allow you to drop in an AR-15 Geiselle SSA trigger?
No. As far as I can tell the trigger is completely proprietary. I knew the hammer would be different but was hoping the other components would be mil spec. No joy. Hopefully these things take off this time and someone out there produces a match grade trigger.
@@iangrefig8815 the hammer spring is the same as ar15
Are these modular that it can chamber 5.56 AND .308?

So you can load this without running the lever if you want to ?
The SCR is direct impingement semi-auto. It does not have a lever. You might be thinking of our Herring Model 2024 Modern Lever Action.
Can you do this with a AR 10 ?
Hell yes ...
Good job now make a version that can use 308

Does this mean that the SCR BCG does not require the retaining pin?
The retaining pin is the pivot pin
Under $500 and I'll take some.
Can i put a stag left handed upper on it?
Unfortunately, we believe that the cam pin slot on Stag’s left hand uppers is reversed and therefore not compatible with our SCR bolt carrier.
@@ARESDefenseok sad news but here's another question can the safety be swapped to the other side?
I use a Gibbz left hand charging upper without a problem on a SCR lower
Please please please make one in 308
