Perfect video! Your hands and the work are in frame and in focus, your descriptions are clear and complete and you speak slowly enough to allow us to work along with you! Thank you SO much! Beyond all that, your crocheting is lovely and the pattern is beautiful!
This is such a beautiful review, I am truly happy to know that the tutorial and instructions are clear, that is my main goal. It is a pleasure to share, thank you so very much and have a great day ❤️💐☺️
Thank you for this. I've been looking for houndstooth in this particular way and you have not disappointed. I've subscribed and looked at your other videos and you are TALENTED. I'm about to slay with these designs of yours. I'm gonna be making cardigans using these methods for the whole family.
Thank you so much for your purchase and for letting me know that you found the directions clear to follow. I really appreciate you took the time to comment about your experience. Let me know in case you have any questions and I will be happy to help 💐💐🤗🧶
It is very possible that when worked flat, the houndstooth print will not look exactly the same because stitches will align differently, I haven't tried it flat to see though, hope this helps ;)
Tried it today, came out really good. I made it with a combination of Aran Tweed and coffee brown, it was a challenging at first as am an intermediate crocheter, but after 2 rows it is actually very easy. Even though this pattern may be a little confusing but your video and explanation made it sooo easy. Thank you so much 🤗❤
Sounds like you made a lovely color and yarn combo. I'm so happy you could make your own cowl with the instructions in this tutorial. Thanks so much for your feedback, super valuable for me to have your input 💐🤗🧶
Oh that cowl and the colors are beautiful. I’ll put this on my project list for October. It’s in the 90’sF too hot to think of a cowl. But ya know, it is a small project...hummm? And I love your choice of colors.
I know, haha maybe a little soon to start with Winter garments ☺😂. Thanks so much for keeping it in mind for later. I had that bright orange, had to see how it looked and loved it too. Have a happy weekend! 💐💐
Thanks so much! For a blanket I would suggest working each round in one way only and not in the round. That would also add fringes by the beginning and end of each row. Similar to my Scotia scarf pattern 💐🤗
Houndstooth print for this design is made of four stitches so, increase or decrease in groups of four to make it wider or smaller. Hope this helps, let me know if you have more questions 🤗😉
It would be a multiple of 4, you can find the chart and written instructions through chabepatterns.com/houndstooth-cowl/ and that would be Norway right? Greetings all the way 💕🌹😌
Sorry, there is only English and Spanish version for the pattern, if it helps, you can find written instructions and chart in chabepatterns.com/houndstooth-cowl/ 😌
Very good tutorial for Houndstooth pattern in the round. 👍😀

So glad you think so, I also like it's easy to memorize and repeat, for a faster make. Thank you! ☺💐💐

It is also the very best looking of all the patterns I have seen for Houndstooth.
Can your pattern be done as a flat scarf?
It is very possible that when worked flat, the houndstooth print will not look exactly the same because stitches will align differently, I haven't tried it flat to see though, hope this helps ;)

This looks awesome! How would I create this pattern into a blanket?
Thanks so much! For a blanket I would suggest working each round in one way only and not in the round. That would also add fringes by the beginning and end of each row. Similar to my Scotia scarf pattern 💐🤗
I decided to do a round of 40 stitches for a scarf.
It's great to know this allowed you to adapt the design, thank you and I am sure you will make a beautiful scarf 🧶🤗💐
How do we increase and decrease for this pattern please?
Houndstooth print for this design is made of four stitches so, increase or decrease in groups of four to make it wider or smaller. Hope this helps, let me know if you have more questions 🤗😉
