Another great workout! I always wondered if just doing 30 minutes is enough. I try to do 45 minutes a day. I'm going to just follow your workouts for the 25 days and see where I end up in a month. I confess that I did this w.o. today again together with your stretching session . This arm workout is amazing , as it targets those muscles BUT keeping your shoulder/neck area in complete comfort and ease …my shoulders and neck say TY PJ ! ❤️
New Subscriber here. Day 3 out of 25 for me. Had baby number 5 at 46 a year ago ( a whoops baby) and next to none of the weight has come off. I was getting incredibly discouraged. Thank you for reminding me to celebrate where I am right now instead of being disgusted. I really needed that to reset my mindset. My legs are very sore from yesterday so thank you for working the arms today. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

I have gained 30 lbs since menopause hit and I quit smoking so I started your commit 28 as well. Doing my first groceries and prep today. I’m on day 3 of the 25 for 25 challenge and it’s amazing. Although I’m not in the target age group of the channel, it’s the perfect workouts for me as a 21 year old with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Highly recommend!!

HEY PJ, I actually did this work out in my PJs😆. Sometimes I just don't want to change clothes and I thought this would be easy because it was upper body! Boy was I wrong. I loved the workout! My arms are noodles!
I'm 64 and have been following a more moderate workout. This is just the boost I need to add some muscle strength. On day 3 and the workouts are challenging but not too hard to complete. Thank you for the great workouts.

I have a bad right shoulder (injury from years ago) so I had to be careful with some of these movements, but overall, I'm REALLY feeling everything. My arms aren't sore (yet) but they're definitely exhausted. Loved this one. It literally was over before I knew it, which makes it so much easier to keep exercising. I hate those long 1+ hour workouts. I always feel utterly trashed by the end of them, and then the next day I don't want to do another. Ones like this make me think I can definitely keep doing this every day. Thank you so much for this!

This was fabulous! Sometimes I get lost in the number of moves, but this was so focused and intense! I'm with you on carrying in the bags of groceries!

Had to start the 25 day challenge a week late but day 3 done for me and wow, a little workout with so much punch! Those hammer lifts just about killed me!!!
I have done strength training for a while, but this workout slayed me! Love the mobility work in the beginning; I really need to practice that move against the wall!

I was able to switch out with 15s periodically the last half of the workout. Good stuff. I have short arms and strong biceps naturally so I had to challenge the moves a bit more!! I'll be feelin it tomorrow though!! My butt is still killing me from Day 1....😂👍

This is my kind of workout! I love strength training and slow and controlled movements. My arms are screaming right now, and I love it. By the way, my lower body isn't too happy either from yesterday's workout. Anyway, I'm so proud of myself because the first set of moves for the chest I did with 10lbs, and then the second set of moves for the upper back I did with my new 12lbs weights that I got from Santa. I really love these challenges PJ. I've done the 25 - 25 you did in Sept, and the 15 - 15 in Dec (was it December?). Wow, time flies when you're having fun!!! Cheers, and keep 'em coming!

I love this upper body workout. I am so glad I subscribed to your Patreon group and get my monthly calendar with daily workouts. My sister is visiting and lucky me she watches while I work out and let’s me know I am doing it right or wrong which is really interesting since she has never worked out! Thank god I am getting my patience worked out as well!

2022 day 3 done ! I thought day 3 was lower body and took a heavy dumbbell. I kept it throughout and what a burn ! Proud of myself

Anyway, I'm so proud of myself because the first set of moves for the chest I did with 10lbs, and then the second set of moves for the upper back I did with my new 12lbs weights that I got from Santa. I really love these challenges PJ. I've done the 25 - 25 you did in Sept, and the 15 - 15 in Dec (was it December?). Wow, time flies when you're having fun!!! Cheers, and keep 'em coming!

Really love and enjoy this type of strength training, its definitely my cuppa tea. Decided to complete this one today as well as Mondays workouts, due to a busy work day tomorrow. At least I'm on track. X

I love this upper body workout. I am so glad I subscribed to your Patreon group and get my monthly calendar with daily workouts. My sister is visiting and lucky me she watches while I work out and let’s me know I am doing it right or wrong which is really interesting since she has never worked out! Thank god I am getting my patience worked out as well!
