One of Miranda’s worst looks so far - the white hair continues to make her look pale, and it clashes bizarrely with the teenagey outfit she’s got on. Those shoes and rolled-up jeans? That off the shoulder blouse? Weird.
Omggg I used to love this show.. now it sucks. Big died. Steve gets dumped for a chick that looks manly. Now Rose is Rock. What the heck happened to this show that everyone tuned into every week and absolutely loved? The show went too woke and tons of others agree. This show needs new writers
Say what you will about this show, this is a great scene. This is "Carrie apologizes to Natasha at brunch" level of calling someone out on their bullshit.
I guess it's common thing that 1st gay experience makes one do hasty decisions but I found it not credible that Che would have just falled for Miranda like that with that solid life style they already got. Especially when Miranda was basically just a puppy dog around them. Plus why was it so important that they ended up together? Couldn't there be at least ONE character that would have been happy being single?
i absolutely despise this character and i despise this storyline. I loved Miranda but she is a HYPOCRITE! Steve cheated due to lack of SEX and Miranda almost threw the marriage away. Rightfully so but they worked on it. She cheats now because of the same thing? In essence, shes a hypocrite ‼️
Thank you. Thank you. I hardly see anyone calling this out and how Steve kept once outside of marriage and spent a year trying to make it right and yet Miranda just threw her marriage away because she is having an affair. Not a one night stand but a relationship with Che.
it is not entirety her fault the marriage goes both ways in reality Miranda wanted more she wanted to be with Steve but he wasn’t giving her what she wanted she was not happy in her marriage and she wanted to leave I just don’t understand how y’all can judge her for wanting to get a divorce or what out of her marriage or for her to go for what she wants if you want her the episode form the beginning instead of skipping mostly all the parts you can see that she did try to make it work but she couldn’t she got a divorce
Easy, because in the first Sex and the City movie after Steve confessed to screwing a girl once and only once she flipped out and was done with the marriage while Steve was remorseful. Ms. I have a midlife crises and thinks I am too good for everyone Miranda now just bounces and says goodbye makes the ending of the first Sex and the City movie look pointless. What was the point of getting therapy and coming back after Steve spent a year making it right if Miranda can’t even talk or try to communicate with her husband even with his hearing loss to figure things out. Or heck why not they get a divorce and she can start her life with whomever she likes?
It's a little weird that Che just assumed Miranda was in an open marriage just because she had sex with someone who is not her husband. I don't think it will ever be a normal assumption when you sleep with someone who's married. Steve: "Did you have sex with my wife?" Che: "Yes" Steve: "Did you know she was married?" Che: "Yes, but I assumed she was in a open marriage" Steve: "Because she had sex with you!?" Che: "Yes"
Miranda is blushing as if she's a teenager fallen in love for the first time. It's disgusting. Che might not be likable overall but she's got clarity about her way of life. Miranda cheats on her husband with a woman. All her life she was not even aware she might be lesbian too. Che is right. Miranda hasn't got her life figured out.
miranda is SUCH A HYPOCRITE.At the least steve admitted it & wanted miranda. A clean slate a new start & a hot life. Miranda is sneaking lying wtf why is it ok for her character to do this?
Thank you. She is the biggest hypocrite. That is why I can’t watch full episode’s of this show. Miranda yet always thought herself as all high and mighty and yet she is worse than what Steve did.
Somewhere over my ass! Che's logic: Not open marriage is wrong because you go home sleeping with your husband (which I agree) buuut open marriage?that's absolutely okay because..you don't sleep with your husband? Aha aha. Hahahaha. Che is playing she wants her only for herself but then when Miranda (being stupid as f.ck) do it, Che tells her coldly in the face they are not dating and she is not her girlfriend.(however Che softens the situation telling her: ,,she's the only person she is sleeping with..right now." Aaahahahahahahahahahaa
God ....I'm in exactly the same situation at the moment.....hearing it all right in front of you is like the quiet conversation I'm having with myself. Hard. There's actually alot of caring and emotion involved but I'm constantly aware I'm a homewrecker and I don't like it. Not honorable.
The writers decided to write for simpletons and a mainstream audience while the original show still aired (Making Big/Carrie a plausible relationship, turned Richard a truly plausible relationship for Sam into a monster to prop us Smith... totally implausible) So this isn't surprising or new.
I'm so happy they're showing healthy poly people in tv cos Che is 100% in the right. Che DOESN'T cheat and they don't wanna be a with cheater. Miranda really was okay with cheating and being selfish and USING Che WHILE hurting her husband and lying to him and everyone else. Sorry Miranda. Not gonna fly
Che knew Miranda has a son and is married. If Miranda had lied and said it's an open marriage: okay. But Che simply did not care wether Miranda is married or not.
@@siggilinde5623 I really have to disagree w you saying Che didn't care tbh. Che doesn't mind if her partners are married, in a relationship or single, but she does care if they're a cheater and using them to cheat and be dishonest in a relationship. Che cares about honesty and for want to be with someone who is dishonest to them and their partners. Ethical polyamory is about honesty and informed consent. I'm monogamous and have no interest in being poly or dating a poly person, but I find myself having to defend ethical polyamory, and by extension, Che on these AJLT threads bcos there's so many misconceptions here and misdirected blame/anger and alot of it I think is part of Che being a new character we didn't have years to love, grow with and understand. Also cos Steve is a sweetheart and didn't deserve to be blindsided like this. I don't necessarily like Che's character and personality, but I def have to respect their ethics, the demand for honesty, respect and their setting of boundaries. If Che didn't care this wouldn't be an issue in any way, shape or form. This convo wouldn't have happened. Che would've just said something like, "yikessss that was close" and taken the coffee and just changed the topic. Miranda presented herself to Che, an OPENLY ethical poly person, as a married woman who was on the market and looking and Che assumed bcos they're honest about their own relationship dynamics that Miranda was being honest as well. What you're saying is similar to saying that someone who finds out the person they're dating is in a whole other relationship and they should be held responsible for that other person's dishonesty. Was Che supposed to hunt down Steve and Brady and introduce themselves as Miranda's partner and question Steve? I've seen some comments like this blaming Che for not doing due dilligence and checking w Steve and asking about his marriage with Miranda. Che wouldn't EVER do that bcos that disrespects boundaries. (also it's kinda way too early in Che + Miranda's relationship I'm sure ) In an ethical poly relationship dynamic, it would be up to Miranda AND Steve if they were to be introduced to Che, and when. It would also be up to Che if they were comfortable with meeting their new partner's long-term spouse, and when. Some poly people prefer it that way and others don't. Miranda was dishonest through omission and Miranda KNOWS that. It was purposeful. Che realises that and that rightfully angers them. Miranda said she is married and has a son, alot of people in open marriages do. She knew Che was poly and non-monogamous and she (much like many ppl tbh) took that as Che being down to cheat and sneak around. She was wrong. Like listen to her response even when Che confronts her "he(Steve) doesnt know about me??" She tries to justify it instead of saying something along the lines of "...I thought you were okay with that??" While that would be messed up, it would show that Miranda GENUINELY doesn't understand what being poly is about. I'm sure that convo would've gone the same way but Che would've set her straight about their relationship expectations and what being poly actually is. Che even goes on to say says, "I'm NOT a cheater, I DON'T sneak around. I'm not a homewrecker". Miranda: *my home is already wrecked.* Che DOES care, it's Miranda who doesn't care (about her marriage, about honesty and about respecting Che's boundaries) and instead of just admitting that she was wrong and she's okay with just lying, cheating and sneaking around and disrespecting people she CLAIMS to love, she decided to double down and try to make Che not care and be okay with the selfish mess she knowingly dragged them into, thus challenging their ethical polyamory, their boundaries and their respect for relationships and themself. Miranda is disrespecting both Steve AND Che. BOTH Steve AND Che are the victims here bcos of Miranda's lies and selfishness. She's USING Che and Che is obvi disgusted by it. That's why Che walked away. And it's so telling that Miranda is surprised at Che's willingness to dump her after blatantly disrespecting her cos imo shes used to just stomping all over Steve and getting her way, never having to apolgize. She's used to ppl not arguing w her or just conceding and moving on. Even when Charlotte said, "it's AN AFFAIR! !" Miranda could've said "Che is fine with open relationships, they're Poly" and to that Charlotte or even Carrie (who knows Che) coudlve softly said, "but you're not/you and Steve aren't". She just got angry and stomped away. Carrie decided to stay out of it, but Charlotte held her accountable. She KNEW she was wrong and she didnt have a comeback. Che NEVER would have gotten involved with Miranda if they knew she was in a closed monogamous marriage, something she agreed to with her spouse. She likes Miranda A TON but Che refuses to do this bcos 1) it's disrespectful to Che 2) it goes against everything they stand for ie their ethics regarding transparency, honesty and respecting your partners 3) it's disrespectful to Steve and jeapordizes her family potentially hurting their teen son. And imo ppl need to stop treating Che like just cos they're poly they don't respect relationships and respect boundaries bcos Che doesn't even KNOW Steve and Brady and by walking away they are respecting them way more than Miranda has been for the last 3 weeks. I hope in the upcoming episodes they delve deeper into this bcos Che is NOT in the wrong here and I hope there isn't any confrontation between Steve and Che or any of Miranda's friends bcos Miranda is the one who misrepresented herself. Also in no way was Che saying Miranda should leave Steve and break up their marriage for them. Che said "sort your life out" and then Miranda makes the rash decision to leave her husband for various reasons, but also hoping this now meana she can be with Che. Then she calls Che and says "I told him". If Che does continue to be w Miranda in the future, judging from the preview it'll prob only be a physical thing cos that's what Miranda has relegated herself to cos she very blatantly showed Che that she isn't fit to be a good serious partner bcos she's fine w lying and hurting people she's supposed to care about. I loved Miranda in SATC bcos she had a good heart even though she was v flawed and I'm still rooting for her, but it's evident Miranda's values have changed v much and it saddens me bcos she's really self destructive now. I hope she gets better and finds herself at the end of this series. Sorry this is so long.

Yeah it’s open Steve just didn’t know it was 😂😂😂😂
One of Miranda’s worst looks so far - the white hair continues to make her look pale, and it clashes bizarrely with the teenagey outfit she’s got on. Those shoes and rolled-up jeans? That off the shoulder blouse? Weird.
it makes her look sooo old!
Poor Steve
Omggg I used to love this show.. now it sucks. Big died. Steve gets dumped for a chick that looks manly. Now Rose is Rock. What the heck happened to this show that everyone tuned into every week and absolutely loved? The show went too woke and tons of others agree. This show needs new writers
The message is loud and clear...heterosexual males are bad, mmkay?
I feel they’re trying to make Che look like the moral one in this when she’s anything but, I’m so sick of this woke crap
I cant find an episode 9 trailer yet 😢
Thats so Dr. Callie
Omg what have they done to the characters
I can do without this ridiculous character and story line that ruined the legacy of a show I once loved..
I hate everything I've seen about this REBOOT. I am also beyond exhausted by LGBTQULMNOP...Just over it. What is wrong with everyone 😕
This entire season was less about satd and more about an LGPTQ+ promotional campaign.
Believe me, we are funnier and wittier.
Say what you will about this show, this is a great scene. This is "Carrie apologizes to Natasha at brunch" level of calling someone out on their bullshit.
No it isn't.
God everything about Che Diaz is just awful.
Steve: "Did you have sex with my wife?"
Che: "Yes"
Steve: "Did you know she was married?"
Che: "Yes, but I assumed she was in a open marriage"
Steve: "Because she had sex with you!?"
Che: "Yes"
Yeah as if people in "closed" marriages don't cheat everyday.
This show is absolutely pitiful!!!
Why is Che acting so Superior and pompous, it's half her fault. Why would she just assume she's
in an open marriage without even asking. Just lame
Because her moral compass is pointing north now.
Why are those looking for acceptance, understanding, equality and tolerance segregated from those who are "the allies".... Does that make sense?
Both were in the wrong Miranda didn't tell her & Che just assumed *shrugs* simple as that
As if you would just assume someone was in a open marriage
I just can't
Che shaming should now be a segment called Cheming by Che
Has a ring to it
This crowd looks like a psychiatric ward
miranda is SUCH A HYPOCRITE.At the least steve admitted it & wanted miranda.
I’m a lesbian and I hate this
The way Cynthia Nixon says “no” is horrible
Somewhere over my ass!
Che's logic: Not open marriage is wrong because you go home sleeping with your husband (which I agree) buuut open marriage?that's absolutely okay because..you don't sleep with your husband? Aha aha. Hahahaha. Che is playing she wants her only for herself but then when Miranda (being stupid as f.ck) do it, Che tells her coldly in the face they are not dating and she is not her girlfriend.(however Che softens the situation telling her: ,,she's the only person she is sleeping with..right now." Aaahahahahahahahahahaa
Barf
That Che' thing was creepy and gross.
Who assumes someone is in an open marriage? Jesus Che sucks with the glade virtue.
Miranda has been pursuing Che & has been acting as if she's available.
Whatever happened to verbal communication ...xD
Why would her teen son need to know if his parents are in an open marriage or not
God ....I'm in exactly the same situation at the moment.....hearing it all right in front of you is like the quiet conversation I'm having with myself. Hard. There's actually alot of caring and emotion involved but I'm constantly aware I'm a homewrecker and I don't like it. Not honorable.
A lot of fish in the sea, choose the partner who is free and honest
I love Che, I dont like Miranda for Che
Krrsantan is eating the carrots taco.
Omggggg...🙄🙄🙄 killed SITC 👎
"Live your truth. You have nothing to hide." 🏳️🌈
*all while Miranda is hiding from her teenage son in the crowds*
The writers decided to write for simpletons and a mainstream audience while the original show still aired (Making Big/Carrie a plausible relationship, turned Richard a truly plausible relationship for Sam into a monster to prop us Smith... totally implausible) So this isn't surprising or new.
Good lord, why & how does Che have this cult following? So unrealistic.
Why is the gay flag backwards tho ❓💀
Che is not funny
What episode is this? I think I missed this episode
Is this really episode 8? I've been watching the show online and what is numbered as episode 8 online doesn't have this scene in it 😕
Couldn't they find one fun stand-up comic for the Che character? She's sooooo boring and dull
Wtf is this
Sad and the City aged like milk
Miranda definitely looks hotter in her 50s than when she were younger
Am i watching looking?
Che is an awful character 😂🤮
(also it's kinda way too early in Che + Miranda's relationship I'm sure )
In an ethical poly relationship dynamic, it would be up to Miranda AND Steve if they were to be introduced to Che, and when.
Like listen to her response even when Che confronts her "he(Steve) doesnt know about me??" She tries to justify it instead of saying something along the lines of "...I thought you were okay with that??"
While that would be messed up, it would show that Miranda GENUINELY doesn't understand what being poly is about. I'm sure that convo would've gone the same way but Che would've set her straight about their relationship expectations and what being poly actually is.
Che even goes on to say says, "I'm NOT a cheater, I DON'T sneak around. I'm not a homewrecker".
Miranda: *my home is already wrecked.*
Che DOES care, it's Miranda who doesn't care (about her marriage, about honesty and about respecting Che's boundaries) and instead of just admitting that she was wrong and she's okay with just lying, cheating and sneaking around and disrespecting people she CLAIMS to love, she decided to double down and try to make Che not care and be okay with the selfish mess she knowingly dragged them into, thus challenging their ethical polyamory, their boundaries and their respect for relationships and themself.
Miranda could've said "Che is fine with open relationships, they're Poly" and to that Charlotte or even Carrie (who knows Che) coudlve softly said, "but you're not/you and Steve aren't".
She likes Miranda A TON but Che refuses to do this bcos 1) it's disrespectful to Che
2) it goes against everything they stand for ie their ethics regarding transparency, honesty and respecting your partners
3) it's disrespectful to Steve and jeapordizes her family potentially hurting their teen son.
Смешно, что она сама скрывает брак.
And Just Like That, I love Che. ❤❤
Che annoys me so much!
Sad how they wedge us into this show.
Just my crazy opinion, but I think Che' originally had a crush on Carrie.
Why she gotta do the Mohawk tho .. so 🙄
I think the problem is Miranda's eyebrows... Whose idea? It's a grotesque. That's AJLT's genre.
This show is cringe but my guilty pleasure
tierd of LGBT things(((((((((((((((((((
Oh ffs what have they done to SITC
