The market will go up or down, but what happens to your account is a matter of risk management. Most traders spend a lot of time trying to avoid losing, they even over analyze of which this market is purely 100% inherently risk. How do you avoid risk in purely 100% risky market. The goal is to determine the amount of risk that you are willing to take. I love the stated "BE OK" it means the comfort of acceptance. Many of us traders are not aware that risk and psychology are associated, by not being OK, or calcuting some risks can lead to an emotional drawn effect.
