It is not accessible by a normal car, you need to park outside and hike in.

Hi, It is on the main island (Upolu), opposite side to Apia, on the south coast in the middle rougly. The access road is between Sa'agafou and Saleilua. 2.2km from Sa'agafou. You will need to leave your car and walk in if it is a normal sized one as the road turns into rocky/offroad.
