Italian salad without mayonnaise. With Cheese and Tomatoes. Every last drop is eaten. My Dolce vita
Very fast, simple, bright and tasty Italian salad. Tomatoes, cheese, onions and basil, all the colors of Italy in one salad. Prepares for one, two, three. Bon appetit!
Ingredients:
Refueling:
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Dijon mustard 0.5 tsp.
Oregano 2 pinches
Lemon 1 tbsp.
Honey 1 tsp.
Olive oil 50ml.
Salt to taste
For the salad:
Red onion 1 pc.
Salt pepper to taste
Vinegar 1 tbsp.
Not a lot of olive oil
Cherry tomatoes 20-25 pcs. or 3-4 tomatoes
Basil 10-12 leaves
Mozzarella cheese balls 200g.
