Like-focused people.

To grow, we have to focus on improving our weaknesses.
Mentally, physically, personally, and professionally.
Like-minded people feel good to be around and they’re important for various reasons.
But, I want to be surrounded like-focused people.
People focused on growth.
Growth from all angles, inside and out.
People that will hold me to the standards I say I value.
People willing to call me out when I slack.
People able to push me and challenge me.
People that aren’t ageist to point out my weaknesses and blind spots.
Our weaknesses are why we fail and feel stuck.
Our weaknesses are what we should set some attention towards focusing on improving if we want better in our lives.
For that reason, I what like-focused people in my world.
