This one has been my go to forever! It works so good with Shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie. Use a little almond oil and it’s even that much better. The pink eco is my cheap alternative when I’m out of CurlMaker
Do you put the oil on after it dries? Or when it’s still wet? I may have to try that!
@@prettywitty77 I do it when it's still wet. Of course it will cause the hold to be a little bit lighter so if you want more of that crunch since this is only a level 8, then omit it

First off....the Target bag....real talk! You have some of the biggest, juiciest ass curls ever. It's beautiful! I'm rocking a TWA using an old school leave-in (Sta-Sof-Fro/Infusium-23/distilled water mix) or Design Essentials leave-in, olive oil and Pink Eco Styler...💣💥👍🏾I personally don't like hard hair but this gel gives me hold and when I break the cast, it's fabulous. I get so many compliments on my hair. PLUS my TWA is growing out fast🤗

Jae Ivy, yes, the Shea Moisturizer curl enhancing smoothie is a great products. I have been using it for over a year and it is the only product that enhance my curls on 4c hair and it leaves my hair so soft.

Try the Pantene Gold Series hydrating Butter-creme instead of the Shea Moisture. The cost is less and for a little more shine I add the olive oil Eco gel after the pink one. Great video and I subscribed!

Does the wetline gel leave any residue when you wash your hair? When I use eco it holds well but I always have these crumbs left in my hair after I wash it.

Anonymous One when I wash it out, there is a gooey feeling when I wet it but it didn’t feels flakes or anything in my hair. It could be your product combo.

You can have my olive oil eco styler. Curl and wave is just perfect on my hair when I use olive oil it drys my hair up make it hard and flakes so much.

Yes girl I map out my products too! If I have an old style like a bun but I have somewhere to go and want to wear my hair out the next day with some volume, then I’ll I use a curling custard or a light weight gel. But or normal wash n go days where I have a lil time, I’ll use my wet line gel

Next Video Suggestion: trying some new detangling brushes on the market for example: ultimate tangle teezer or tangle tamer ultra just to name a few
I’ve been getting breakage that I believe is because of a different detangling tool. I’m in recovery sis 😩

I have this eco gel, and honestly with my hair type, it has a decent hold but makes my edges curl up a bit😂’ also, the firm hold is a lie kind of. After 3 hours, if you have a high top hun, the hairs will fall back, and sometimes might flake up on edges. For slick stylists, sometimes hairs will pop out & the roots will frizz.
How do you sleep, but still keep your curls so perfect ?

I could play every full contact sport at the same time - and not worry about a head injury! Mixed it about 50/50 with water....also plan to add 2-3 tbsp of a medium oil.
I had the Sally Beauty GVP dupe for Shea Moisture's curl enhancing smoothie (liked but gave it away) and curl & style milk (liked, still have but diluted with infusium 23....that "milk" was thick like greek yogurt).
I won't repurchase the gel, but I would get both dupes again - on sale 😁

It s unfortunate they change the formula. The previous version was better hold, with wet look cos of the water and even greater definition without a hard crunch. If you see it in any shop , it is like argan clear pink gel, no glitter. It used to be my staple gel but no longer is because of that new formula

Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie + EcoStyler Pink or EcoStyler Argan gel + Shea Moisture Coconut Hibiscus Curling Souffle were my Holy Grails for Curlformer & rod sets. I haven't used these in years. All of these were reformulated circa 2014.

Your wash and gos seem so simple,my hair takes forever. I need to simplify my routine, add the leavin as soon as I'm done conditioning.
-I usually detangle with African pride pree poo ( my holy grail)
-wash/condish my hair
-Spray my hair with more water mixed w/ consist ( hello hydration)
-Add oil
-Mix texture ID & Cantu coconut cream
-Then add wetline...
While shingling /Whew child... Lol
It be bomb, but I noticed I've been leaving it up longer cause the process takes so long...
