Her accent is TOO harsh for something like this requiring clear vowel enunciation. I think she may need an accent coach and a bit of media training.
“baaack” “paaah wer” “ainstalled” … sounds really Upper midwestern-def north of Illinois/Iowa, because our accents are mild and barely detectable.
