Well done!! Love to watch you cook!!
Love the tv on in the background. 🤣 Mine is always on too when I cook. ❤️
Llooks so good. Want to make some!
So my mom would make Pastina for us as kids with a little tomato sauce and cheese and we loved it. I did find some on Amazon, and I just made this recipe for my mom today she loved it! Kind of cool that now I’m making it for her. She said I hope there’s more in the pot lol. I feel like maybe it needed some acid ? I squeezed a little lemon into but thought about maybe cooking in some wine but maybe not. It was delicious though
that looks good, i was afraid you overdid it but the broth looks amazing and that olive oil is to die for... the parm puts it over the edge.
My favorite pastina shape is Liguori Semi di Melone. I just love the way they take on the brodo.😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
My mom used to make us Pastina as kids with tomato sauce great memories. However, I never see it around in stores and this Rummo brand doesn’t seem to be online either
Ooooo Ima make that today!! Thank you my guy!!💋
All you really need is broth, pastina and parmigiano reggiano or grana padano....love it
Stop hating christinalemke this is his own recipe and he likes it
😊
Such a coincidence…I just watched the Sopranos episode where Carmela asks Olivia if she wants a little pastine lol
Love the recipe...gotta know what you had done with the teeth. You look fabulous. I want the low down so I can follow suit
This upsets me because I’m aribic American and toasting the pasta would make this the ultimate comfort dish! But you can’t put the veg in first
What is the purpose of putting in the veg after the pasta?
Slop
So I always toast the pasta first and then the veg. Your toasting it is watery veg it’s not going to toast properly I can’t believe real cooks are doing this! Makes no sense. Hey everyone what the buzz kill to browning? WATER OUT OF THE VEG!
