ASU has more bowl appearances in the last decade. UAPB has a better record. It's a joke of a school.

Which is part of the reason the top Texas schools don’t accomplish as much as they should. State of Alabama has 2 Power programs and only half a dozen lower level. Texas has 6 power 4 schools and 10+ lower level programs. Dividing up the talent amongst 10+ more programs even in a larger state makes a difference
I was raised in South Texas and also North Texas. What I loved about Denton , TX we had UNT and I loved catching some games from time to time, now fast forward 30 odd years later and i'm presently living in Edinburg and this is some exciting news and can't wait for the energy to explode in south tx from the football gods,, puro 956!

As a member of the Southland I know they will beat Northwestern State University because they are not good and thats the college i attended for a little while
