Mindvalley when I die I want to make sure I die knowing that I lived at my best potential. Meaning that I lived a life of love, giving to others, becoming a better person everyday, being in touch with my inner spirit, travel the world, have a family, facing my fears and problems. But if I did early then at least I did something.
Mindvalley is helping me get there. I am going suck as much knowledge as I can do I can get towards those goals. Thank you 🙏

I love the fact that he cursed. Sometimes, when used correctly, it adds power to what you're saying. Also helps people realize that he's just like us. I've overcome so many obstacles and every time I look over that peak, all I see is more mountains. I try to put a positive spin on every aspect of my life no matter how hard it's been. Thanks again.

I am so glad I found out who this man is. Found out about him last October on JRE podcast. Normally I would have seen him as another guy on a podcast but his story was so amazing that since then; I’ve listened to him second episode on JRE, read his book, lost 22 pound in 1.5 months, reduced my drinking, saved more money, and I swear this isn’t a phase because I’m not motivated I’m driven.

You are the man. I’ve been going through a custody battle with my 2 kids with 2 totally different moms from totally different relationships. I became broken inside with out my kids. Felt like the system was taking me down. You inspired me to start running again and get me work going again every one has noticed and things are falling back into place. Grinding it every day. I’m making the shit happen again.
Lost 165lbs on my own in 10 months last year. Quit drinking, quit using rec drugs, began the process of getting off opioids and fell off. This man is absolutely correct. This next time i'm going to stay inspired and remeber that suffering only last so long. Thank god.

The intensity of this talk... You can see he's been through hell before he got to this good place. It captures the rawness of the ridiculous amount of suffering some of us face.
I understand what David means by going through intense suffering. With the birth of my second child, who had multiple health problems, and was diagnosed 19 years later with Asperger's autism. My own journey started at a young age by having to go into an orphanage as my mother, for a time was unable to take care of me. I have written my first book and published it "The Passionate Long Walk to the Awakening of a New Life" which describes the journey, the many hills and valleys of finding answers, constantly pushing forward to give my daughter a better life.

I found what causes great change is either inspiration or suffering that pushes us to become much better than our former selves.
I found what CREATES GREAT CHANGE: is changing the subconsious mind (which is 95%) into NEW info and NEW HABITS and TACTICS and NEW things 2 do every day: DO AND REPEAT AS MUCH AS U CAN! and a new habit will be formed after 3months! then it is integrated or absorbed or accepted into the subconcious. from conscious into subconscious mind! making it WORK! Rome wasnt built in 1 day: it took them years and years of hard work !
For me, great suffering has given me the inspiration to change my life for the better. Every single time.

The greatness of mind is determined by the depth of its suffering. Hi guys! Would just like to share our journey with you. 😀 We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.
There is always a time when you say this suffering is enough and look outside the box.
Only then will you be free....
Collected/stolen/away given tears are fear as fuel for love.
When you are ready to overcome your own adversities and surrender to your own crucifixion...you will find your own resurrection xx

David Goggins I watched this video a month back and started doing body weight training. I started with 10-12 pullups, well I could do more but that was my comfort zone. But hey listen, today I did 101 pullups. I am feeling so good. I felt good even when I did 30. But crossing hundred pullups feels so powerful. I m feeling strong physically in a months time. And mentally as well. At the same time I do this with skipping ropes, pushups and core workouts. In total it takes around 40-50 mins. Thanks man. Thanks Mindvalley.

I just bought his book it really makes me remember the life I grew up in the hell I lived through I can relate to him totally only I let it affect my life I stayed in that black hole didn’t try and climb out ! Now I am reading this book That was given to me as a gift ! I need to take charge of me and make my life the best version of me I can be. Thank you David goggins it won’t be easy but it will be worth it, just sorry I’ve wasted so much of my life thinking I was a piece of worthless garbage that I was told I was and would never amount to anything so now I’m going to prove them all wrong.

I know what suffering feels like. 7 foster homes ; abused by my mother , schizophrenic father .severe panic attacks , depression , eating disorder . I then got offered a job driving mining , dump trucks . I was terrified out of my mind . I drove mining trucks 7 days a week for 11.5 hours a day to buy my own home and provide for my daughter . We have to face our shadows or our shadows will consume us . Take responsibility for your life and no there is no gain without pain . My life has taught me humility , humbleness ,empathy .love . Do the things that scare You x
