I absolute love this pedal. Never considered myself a Klon fan until I found this one, the crush mode with the voice up and a little mid scooping gives you a great noise rock, shellac-esque, tone.

Is this supposed to be another Klon clone? I didn't hear that at all.
@@endezeichengrimm jhs just did an episode about OBNE and he said that this was loosely based around the Klingon circuit. I don’t think it’s actually a clone. It’s way more than a klon clone
@@EricMerrowI thought he said it was actually his new favorite klon based pedal. I think it’s better but most people probably dislike all the extra flexibility compared to a basic klon. I think it’s awesome. Different is good.

Gorgeous pedal. Do you think it could provide a heavier, chunkier "chug" if it needed to? I was kinda curious as to the pedal's potential for heavier sounds, from sludge to death.
It can get pretty heavy! You have a lot of gain on tap and EQ shaping possibilities with the tone knob and 3 band. I’d be willing to bet you could do pretty much anything you want with this pedal!
@@EricMerrow That's so great to hear! I'm trying to find something that can be a shoegazey fuzz but also chainsaw, and I'm looking for something with more finesse than an HM-2, lol.
Yeah, with the extra gain boost and the crush toggle, you should be able to get into some fuzz territory. Also, if you pummeled the front end of the pedal with a boost, you’d probably get some great fuzzy tones
With the knobs of EQ can I have a tube screamer? Becouse I'm looking for a overdrive that can give different tones and sounds....
Yeah, you can absolutely get that tube screamer type voice by pushing the mids and cutting back the bass and treble a bit 👍👍
Does anyone have this problem with fault v2?:
When i turn on the pedal the gain 2 automatically
Turns on, i do not ever use it. Everytime i plug in the power for the pedal - the gain 2 side turns on automatically
I don’t think I’ve had this issue. You might try emailing the OBNE support to see if they have any solutions for you 👍

I wish you played djent on it. I’ve read it can do djent but nobody ever demos it that way 🥲 I just wanted a horsey pedal lol the only reason I got one. It’s on back order tho 😀
