    What a profound and deep statement Kaley made that I don't want anyone to have not caught the message. She said, "I MUST KEEP MY STRENGTH FOR WHEN I GO INTO MOMMY MODE AND REALLY THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!" If you didn't hear that and understand the incredible wisdom of that then just look at how much joy all of them possess and share!
    Much love for the both of you💯♥️🙏

    Last week I went back and watched every video starting from purchasing your land. That was a lot of videos, and a lot of entertainment. I just joined the patreon because it only seems fair considering how much enjoyment I get from your content, and journey. Today I am breaking ground on my own 60 acres in upstate NY, and some of your hard earned lessons will help me avoid some pitfalls of my own. Long story short, you guys are just the best, and my kinda people.

    Thanks for sharing. I was living in Watsonville CA in 1989 when the 7.1 quake hit. The parking lot was dancing when I was at the doctor's office for my final checkup after appendix surgery. Then, we had a 5.4 after shock, so it was a scary time.
    I was so glad to leave CA and return to my home in TX. Hope you find MooMoo soon. Thanks to Jordan for helping the Rodman with his A-frame build. Gee, I'm a tree! Get those angles right!

    I have lived 65 years in Panama and have never felt such a strong earth movement. And in 5 years in Boquete, despite the many mild earthquakes we have every year, this was by far the strongest one. It was a scary moment. I have four dogs and each one run in different directions, so I couldn’t have them all together. Point taken for the future..🤷‍♀️

    Yes, I believe that's wisdom moms learn from their babies. When we were raising our kids, we followed a simple concept I found in an old book of poetry;
    Cleaning and scrubbing can wait til tomorrow,
    For babies grow up, we've learned to our sorrow,
    So quiet down cobwebs, dust go to sleep.
    I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep!
    Here's a riff on that piece, just for you, Mommy;
    Welding and wiring can wait til tomorrow,
    For babies grow up, we've learned to our sorrow,
    So quiet down hammer, drill go to sleep,
    I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep!
    (Especially when you're homesteading on a mountain in Panama!)
    You're both such an inspiration!
    (Hope you got my congrats card in Stowe!)

If I were younger (now 74 and living my retirement in spain) I would be doing something very similar. I have had some amazing episodes in my life and its just great to look back a remember. You guys will have such wonderful memories and experiences to reminisce about, and you are certainly in the right part of the world to be away from the shite that's going on in the "civilised" world. I look forward to following you for a long time to come. It's so lovely to see the wonderful relationship you have with each other - I know its not always peaches and cream but you guys exude love. So glad you are still nursing. It comes in so handy when toddlers/children get sick or hurt. It is comforting for them and they get great, very digestible nourishment and immune system boosters, even if they don't want to eat anything else for a few days. Sorry about the cream - goat's milk is naturally very homogenized, with smaller fat particles, so even if there is a high fat content, it is difficult to get it to separate. However, that is also one of the reasons why it is so digestible compared to cow's milk.

    When we were in Mexico City for the major 2017 earthquake/sismo, the concrete floors rolled like waves in the ocean and did not crack. I was shocked at the flexibility of rebar and concrete. The energy pinned me to the floor.

    • @gaylarice3716
      @gaylarice3716 Год назад +3

      I had the same experience with last years earthquake in Jalisco. The ground and the floors rolled the water waved out of the pool and fountain. I too was amazed and it was over a minute long. But when its a jerking earthquake like the ones I grow up in California they cause more damage. I think we have to be mindful that the earth is in a major change while adjusting to its own cycles of being. Just like every thing and everyone of us. But when we humans understand we are all connected alway and forever. In matter or energy.

    • @shac9131
      @shac9131 Год назад

      In California it's mandatory to build on rollers due to EQs. I thought this is why the floor rolls. Because ones I felt in Ohio and North Carolina the floors didn't roll, only rattled.

    Kaylee seeing your spirit evolve is a joy. Your strength equals Jordan's but is not revealed by you matching his physical strength. Your strength is revealed through your unique energy in action/ creating.
    Coughing and sneezing is just the bodies way of pushing things out. If the bodies path ways are not block or clog the body uses coughing, sneezing, perspiration, regurgitating, diarrhea to move things out to maintain optimum health. You supporting Sadie's body's effort by supplying the nutritious fluid produced by your body for that reason is truly one of your strengths.

    Please remember that septic tank poo runs downhill. You could pollute your stream of water you're pumping up. When it rains your septics will wash downhill. Just keep that in mind. They can get full in time and need to be pumped out. I live in an old ghost town mining town from 1800s. My septic got full and I couldn't pump it. So, I have to haul my stuff out unless it's just greywater. Pain in the butt. Lol❤😂 do yourself a favor. Let your greywater water the land and use septic for only black tank. If you try and combine black and grey. Your black won't last long. It will fill up and overflow. Yes you had a big quake on other side of Panama a 6. Something. We're having big quakes all over the world.❤Much love. Hope Sadie feels better soon!

    Earthquakes are super scary, it feels like the worlds ending while it’s happening! I live in Wasilla Alaska, a hour away from Anchorage. And a few years ago we had a major earthquake it was a 7.8 I believe. And it was SO STRONG it destroyed homes and roads and so on. My house looked like a tornado hit it, it wasn’t damaged but inside all our things were broken and moved. Our 80” flat screen was on the floor, our super heavy sofa was about half a foot away from the wall and well it was scary. I was home alone when it happened and all I could hear was glass breaking and I kept getting knocked back down in my bed I couldn’t walk it was violently shaking. Anyway, just thought I’d share. But yeah they are scary, I have PTSD from it and I’m not alone many have it too.

How’s your precious little one doing? I hope all better.❤❤❤❤❤

    About the goat cream, am not sure how you prepare your milk but I grew up with goats and cows and lots of milk. To get the most cream the fastest way, we boil the milk until it rises immediately after milking. Let it cool down for some hours, if you have a fridge store it overnight the following day you can scoop very thick high grade cream which you can use to make butter. You can keep the cream refrigerated in a separate container and keep adding until its enough for your butter process. If this is not the process you use, just try it you may like the results.

    Sorry about the buttermilk getting spilled from the earthquake. Regarding your septic tanks. Our property where we live has one for the last 21 years. I remember in the beginning the septic company had to come and add risers to the septic tank lids. When it would rain heavy for many days in a row, the septic tank lids were getting flooded. It didn’t help that the tanks were put in a slightly lower part of the property, either. Don’t forget to buy anti mosquitos tablets bc it WILL attract mosquitos. The special septic tank chlorine tablets is important too and make very very sure that the water from septic heads does NOT hit any vegetation. Hoping Sade feels better, you are wonderful mom.

    I felt it here in Panama city (very lightly)..geologically we never feel quakes here usually so the fact that we felt it here is an indicator of how strong it was there.

    Hi ! I have an idea that you may like to make your ram pump not need as much attention. If you run your intake pipe from the level of your reservoir that is close to the bottom then have it exit through your dam at the level you want it to fill too, it will fill to that level then start to run and siphon down to the low level. This means it will cycle automatically and you won't need to mess with it. :)

    Looking good! Next time you dig a deep hole, when you get down 2 feet or so, use a medium sized bucket to take the dirt out, rather than having to pitch each shovel full out of the hole. By using a rope, and a saw horse straddling the hole, just fill the bucket, then hoist it up by pulling down across the horizontal bar of the saw horse. Dump, and repeat.

    "Trail Mater" off road recovery on RUclips fixes alot of jeeps after they have been torn up rock climbing in Moab. I think they don't have enough give in the suspension to take the rough terrain plus the front axels are manufactured in a way that they break easily because they are in two parts. I may have it all wrong but it makes sense if you want to drive on the highway that you changed out the part. You may want to take your welding tool with you on the road to make repairs too.

    I'm so impressed with the two of you and the other couples I follow on RUclips. Not only those raising children together, but also the ones who haven't had or have decided not to have children. The reason I say that is that your Partnerships or Marriages have a foundation of shared goals, interests and dreams for the future. I know it's not all roses and sunshine. There are also earthquakes, pandemics, health challenges and obstacles to overcome. Yet you all work together through them. It's a rare and wonderful blessing to be able to live your lives in such a way.
    We've all seen or have lived, not saying it's bad as it's a reality for most, marriages where partners start their days running in opposite directions, to different jobs, building different careers and have very little together time. Not the same kind of teamwork that you guys have embraced, worked out and are living. Stay safe and God bless always. Happy Easter to you and yours! He has Risen!
