Sorry to say this but all Indians aint lazy like Mani. I feel like he married her just for the citizenship. Yeah, it's true love has no boundary but the way Mani acts is seriously annoying. Though am an Indian i have never seen such a lazy guy. I feel pity to see his wife work hard. Well, she is more older and mature so she tries to negotiate in every situation. There's nothing wrong in helping your own family esp.ur wife. Moreover, they already have a baby. Such a shame to bring him out in this show as an Indian guy. Was actually excited & happy to see the Indian flag but seeing this particular episode i feel like he is bringing his own country down. Yes he really did make Indians look bad, i have a lot of indian friends and they certainly don't behave like him, on to the topic of marrying for citizenship, i've read news where men from Bangladesh, Pakistan, etc marry just to get citizenship, and who do they get married to the most, divorced, old or mentally ill women, in short women that are not desired and looked down by the society, korean men don't even give a second look at these women so immigrants from different countries chase these women, they immediately make them pregnant and after their citizenship is gained they bring their own wife from back home, you can just search the internet and you will find a lot of stories regarding that. These are the reasons why marriages between korean women and immigrant men from asian countries in general are reducing in an alarming rate.

It is changing, but slowly. I know many Indian parents who expect their daughters to know how to do with house work, but don't instill that same expectation on the boys. Definitely agree that men should always help around the house!
asmakyuelf as an Indian I can confirm that 80 percent of the men in India don't do housework. But this disparity in the country is good in one way. It has motivated me to work my behind off. qualified GMAT and got into a US business school. I am getting the heck out of this place

Quite disappointed with the character of husband. He is bringing his whole family to Korea by taking his wife for granted. I am an Indian and i feel ashamed to see him treating his wife like this.
It didn't feel like I was watching a Korean show 😂 I could understand the language without subtitles , I heard familiar Punjabi songs , mani's mother's reaction to non veg food , everything was so relatable and familiar
dinner is ready after 3 hours. are you kidding me? that shall take about less than 1 hour. and here my mother cooks rice ,a vegetable side dish, a fish curry, and a pulse dish within 1 and a half hour.
@@sandrayakob7077 may I know name of the dish please. I couldn't think of any indian dish which takes 6 hours to prepare and I eat (prepare) all styles of Indian food. But again india is so diverse i might not know dishes from all parts of India.
Diabetes and obesity are issues in desi communities, so feeding that over-sugared baby food to that baby is very irresponsible of the gran. However, she's a very caring, albeit very traditionally minded women but she is at fault for how her son is. Nothing good comes from over-spoiling your kids. Its the western side of me speaking, but seeing a baby not sleep in a cot but instead on a bed makes me nervous. Goodness is the husband a: spoilt, sexist, fatuous and useless around the home! Imagine being stuck with him for life ... it seems like a Hello Counsellor concern, really. Both of them are working parents, so he needs to partake more and stop acting like he's single teen boy. Thanks to the presenter with the glasses for telling him that bluntly! The wife seems to be taken advantage of and I don't blame her for having a vice, due to the stress.
Jeongmi you're so kind and patient especially with your lazy useless husband and your annoying mother in law. I was excited, because i know lot of indians, who are absolutatly kind, but this episode make me so upset...
Sikhism is NOT a combination of Hinduism and Islam. Like where did you get your facts?!? Yahoo answers? It's very disappointing that you got something like that very wrong. Sikhism has it own colours it doesn't combine two religions into one! that's sounds that's so absurd... just please get your facts right! I'm not here trying to disrespect Islam and Hinduism in anyway.
if they interviewed the guests to get answers they would have shown it, like they have done with previous guests when they talk about their religious beliefs.
she deserves better husband than lazy Mani.. I feel pity on her Jesus give them blessed life and senses to mani.. either he is mentally ill or irresponsible..
Wife is very hardworking but husband is very lazy... In india everyone is not like him, they are hardworking and sincere...honestly as an indian I'm felling bad ..poor her...
I'm Indian and I can say all Indian men are not lazy like him My dad was a veterinary scientist still he used to cook food for us on day offs and he cooks so good like my mom. He was so Hardworking and didn't believe in MYTHS (like - only woman do house chores) He did a lot of house chores when he used to get time and also spent a lot of time with us. We went to family trips and he always helped us like a real man, real husband and real father. He even loved animals and was caring. Yes like normal good father - he never SPOILED us. He was strict against wrong and always showed us the right way. His colleagues also loved and respected him. He is one of the best father. And MANI is not even 0.000001% like a father.
I just started watching this show and I truly admire the tenacity of the individuals who relocate to a foreign country like Korea. The people seem very sincere in supporting their families who are struggling and cohesively overcoming life’s obstacles. This episode though is “sad” and everyone or at least the majority can observe that this Indian man is using the lovely Korean woman?? It is not okay to use another person because abusing someone else’s sincere feelings and desire to protect the family as a whole is a dishonest and narcissistic thing to do…Beautiful Strong Korean Woman Run as fast as you can because the his intentions are not honorable! You can do this by yourself and be happier for it in the long run. Save yourself from the emotional and traumatic pain you’ll suffer if you allow him to get away with the continual abuse.. God Bless you and your beautiful little girl. 🤔💡🤺🙇🏻♀️
hai bb Nope you are wrong... We Indians are not generally like that...WE WORK REALLY HARD... But this person is such a shame to our country... He is lazy and we are not like that
I'm an Indian, we are truly hardworkers. we work like 12 - 14 hours day. This person must be spoiled from his upbringing. but we Indians arent like this guy. It's an old saying that Five Fingers aren't the same. Similarly people are hardworkers too and people are lazy too but also here Mani is working too. He is bit slow but he will shape himself according Korean Culture. His Mother and His wife are trying to gel up together which is an big relief. The ghee which she is feeding the baby is an purest form of oil from milk which we use in our daily food... I would like to enlighten everyone here that this Ghee is amazing for our bones. It even cures headaches when we inhale it a bit. Its a same concept a car can't run without gas (Petrol/Diesel) similarly our body needs oil internally. Ghee comes in good fat. Their baby is so cute. The baby will have super strong bones. One more thing Indian Ghee never makes anyone fat if taken in balance quantity. Guys kindly Dont misunderstand the Indians with just one video. Believe us we love Koreans and Korean culture so much. As our Indian and Korean culture have so many similarities.
I've seen a lot in The Bay Areas. They come here from H1B visa n now permanent residents and each family are popping out kid's per HH. Why is that ? Becuz of citizenship. If In India have over 1 billion ppl. Shouldn't they stop producing instead of mass producing. If they are so called well educated open minded ppl. They should've think first. They are just liked Hispanics who are on welfare n popping out kid's every year. I guess ppl want freebies n handouts.
Bingo Wingz you know why? Because people you worked with come from very poor family they’re mostly uneducated and comes from a very small village. So I think you shouldn’t judge a nation based on these people.
@@mehaktandon005 Indias are also racist. They are totally disrespectful to Asians looking people. And here in korea is also same, they have skin issues.
I never thought I'd get extremely stressed from an episode of this show. And yet here I am. Oh my. 😂 But srsly tho, I still hope things turn out well for this family. I think that would be the happiest situation for the daughter.
the guy here is sure acting immature and as a spoiled brat, but seriously Sikh people work hard a lot. not only Sikhs but 70%of men really sweat blood to take care of the family. I am really disappointed as this ITEM (Mani) is spoiling the image of Indian men. this case here is totally UNIQUE no way it's universal or applicable to all. hope Mani changes his mentality and becomes more responsible and hope both women get together well.
As a Bangladesh 🇧🇩 boy, I hate when Indian, Pakistan and Bangladesh men brag how they don’t do chores. I feel ashamed, not only me all the kids who live in cities of my age feel ashamed.
@maria Daniel really that potato dish is one of the simplest dishes that can be cooked in a jiffy Idk why she took 3 hours just to make some rotis and that curry
seriously, she deserves better husband, i guess he is just using her for citizenship.. how can he is so irresponsible and lazy?oh god, and he has so many excuses, what kind a man he is!
Gosh, I’m an Indian and I feel really embarrassed after seeing him.... All Indians are not like that thankfully I noticed that he’s more from the rural areas of India where they might not possess progressive thoughts...
@@heavenhaven7254 Indians aren't the most honest and clean people you say huh? Atleast they aren't racist like you. Don't generalise an entire country of 1 billion people based on the two you saw here. India is more than its curry but sadly your small ant sized brain will never understand that.
I have so much respect for the wife i mean she went n brought sum veg food for her mother in law.And the husband is rlly full of himself, he needs to grow up and take the responsibilty of wife n child that comes along with the marriage and i partly finds its his mum fault too who cud have tried to raise him as a responsible person when he was a child. As an indian i feel embarassed by his behaviour . After watching this um really proud of my dad n brother .
Dinner made in 3 hours?!? Gosh, that's a lot of time!! I feel sorry for Jeongmi, cause now he wants to invite his sister. I wouldn't accept that at all
I am so angry.. the guy thinks he is still a kid and does whatever he wants. In Korea, it's expensive to raise a kid but he is just so unbothered. That's absolutely wrong to be honest
That's fact indian man don't do any household chores ..they r brought up with that mindset from childhood...but now I think some r changing 😅 hopefully...he is a typical indian man ...love from India 🇮🇳 ..nice video.
welcome to the totally skewed vision of india(ns): i think that dude and his mom are from some remote, conservative area in india and hell, my mom takes less than one hour for rice, two soups, and veggies aint no one that patriarchal in this day and age references: im indian...
Mostly rural indian men don't do housework because they are conservative but they do their jobs. This guy is too immature. He doesn't seem to do much either at job or home.
When they made this effect on Tawa to make bread! It’s really something! One time I went all the way to Brussel to buy it! Indian bread taste best when it made on that kind of pan!!!
+happylove luv ....Cute? Cute? The baby is obese! The mother in law is killing the baby by over feeding and the weirdest ingredients for baby food. All that sugar and fat! Is she for real! If the baby doesn't lose the fat right now he will have health problems very soon.
Charlotte Nixon You must Read about Indian Ghee this lady is using. Oil will never make you fat until its gives in balance qty. This is a requirement of baby now. Judging on the basis what the grandmother is feeding now.. is very wrong.
My cousin literally does all the housework himself, the younger generation don't depend on others. Can ya'll stop generalising us. We're dragging the boy (much deserved) but she married him for his looks too, people are biased here, clearly?
I want know about her whether she is with his husband are not now .. if anyone knows that plzzz replay.. I really think sad for her she is so innocent and genuine person....
im seeing some speculations about why he married her, but I feel like its not our business. they might actually be in love and happy, so I think we should all keep our assumptions to ourselves. although I do kind of feel bad for the way he behaves and do not agree with it at all;
This is the reason I will never get married.... Man act like kings in relationships.... If my son or husband will ask me water like Mani I would break his leg.... If still no change then I would break his second leg....
I mean my dad does most of the households . And my dad is 47 not all men are like him . And also till 6 months babies are just fed with mom's milk and the amount of sugar was too much my Indian self was shook
That is not Indian baby food. I have literally seen ny two nephews grow up...they are 3 and 7 years old. We never fed them this, I don't think milk is allowed until they are one years old and they usually drink nanpro for a very long time other than mother's milk. They start everything after one year atleast. Sugar and milk and i think she added custard powder which is so bad for a baby. This is only in her household.
my mom cooks so fastly and even my grandmother was so fast in cooking. All Indians are not slow at all. There are different kinds of ppl. And Indian food are my favorite. Really the spices are best for my taste. But I also like noodles and other kinds of food. Well West Bengal is my favorite state in India. And I'm from WB. My mom and family are so sweet like sweets of WB. The best thing is all the male members of my family are so Hardworking. My dad, grandfather and my uncle is so good in cooking. My uncle cooks better than my aunty lol😂 I miss my Dad and his cooking too. I live in a good family. ❤️
This man found the jackpot!!!! A wife that does everything for him and works! She doesn't need him......he's worthless. He does not look like he contributes very much to the relationship!
I am an indian and i hate the fact that boys ordering around girls to do things for them like what mani did in this vedio...and its still going on in 2020 also
Read an awful comment about he wanting citizenship how narrow minded can you be, but they're entitled to their opinion. I'm not so I'll say that I applaud this guy for knowing want he likes and what he wants hope that all his dreams come true. I don't think he'd go through all this and all the responsibilty for just citizenship more power to him. As for as he's wife she's older I ask myself why is that a problem? You see all the time American male celebrities in their 50's/60's marrying these young women in 20's/30's no one has a problem with that, but older women with a young guy people question their relationship. It's so lovely to see a mother-in-law and daugther-in-law get along so well that she's willing to have her sister-in-law come love generous people. People making negative comments about their releationship mind your ignorance when it comes to matters of the heart who are we to question what they feel for each other.
What does it matter the ethnicity of a person. We don't even know these people.I guess you've never heard the saying, "don't judge a book by its cover". When one is narrow minded in their thinking process, because of a person race/color it's just wrong!
paradiseana1 ana but at the end of the day it does matter , no matter who you sugar coat this situation but it's very clear that Indian men married her for cotizenship and he could hardly care about his family so if you feel like it's normal in your culture where ever you are from then I would say I am sorry for u that you turned up like This .
It’s 2021 still Indian moms does not allow their sons to do household works🙂. but we Indian girls get trained on complete household works from the young age and we also achieve our professional goals by balancing both 🤗.they expect girls to be an all rounder in all the works. And raise their sons like this. One sincere suggestion to mani is pls support ur wife, it’s not India to behave how you have bought up. It’s Korea so please your wife take up the responsibility equally. God bless ur family 🤗
He’s always walking by his mom’s side carrying a bag; but the wife carries their child most of the time in this video. The baby seems heavy and size is almost half the mom’s height. There’s no love and caring in the air between the husband and wife! He is bringing his sister to Korea because his mom is lonely? How about his poor wife feeling uncomfortable or feeling out of place? Either the wife loves him to death or she’s naive! Get out of that relationship Nuna! He’s very immature! He is milking your kindness and naivety. You’ll grow older fast with him! You deserve a better man! Men! I am so upset with his modus operandi!
My dear mother in law Its not women's duty to do household chores. U shldnot hav raised ua son saying that. When a person goes out of his country His behaviour represents his country Being an Indian I feel really bad watching this

Quite disappointed with the character of husband. He is bringing his whole family to Korea by taking his wife for granted. I am an Indian and i feel ashamed to see him treating his wife like this.
this marriage was for citizenship 😂😂😂 lol
It didn't feel like I was watching a Korean show 😂 I could understand the language without subtitles , I heard familiar Punjabi songs , mani's mother's reaction to non veg food , everything was so relatable and familiar
"My son works hard" pffttt bunch of bs, he got his ass glued to the sofa 24/7
I feel for her so much she is so caring towards him and her mother in law..she deserves so much better than him...he is such a pain in ass

He is a jerk , why did she fall for him . She is a sweetheart , I wish her to be truly happy.
the mother in law is such a sweetheart 😍 she is goals shes super nice!
Beware!!. Once the whole family comes to live there ,you will be out numbered. You are a lovely lady with a heart of gold.

I assume the writers get their facts from interviewing the guests
Ravneet Bains Sikhism is a religion so is islam and Hinduism
Stating the obvious there... I never said Islam and Hinduism is not a religion, I said Sikhism is not a combination of the two.
if they interviewed the guests to get answers they would have shown it, like they have done with previous guests when they talk about their religious beliefs.
omg im muslim and i was surprised when they said that too... i was p sure they were mistaken. thanks for clearing that up :O
she deserves better husband than lazy Mani.. I feel pity on her Jesus give them blessed life and senses to mani.. either he is mentally ill or irresponsible..

Poor korean lady :(( I can sense her hardships and struggles living with him. Divorce now
Wife is very hardworking but husband is very lazy... In india everyone is not like him, they are hardworking and sincere...honestly as an indian I'm felling bad ..poor her...
That lady really deserves a better man...... I feel ashamed as an Indian 😐
He used her really well
I'm Indian and I can say all Indian men are not lazy like him
My dad was a veterinary scientist still he used to cook food for us on day offs and he cooks so good like my mom. He was so Hardworking and didn't believe in MYTHS (like - only woman do house chores)
He did a lot of house chores when he used to get time and also spent a lot of time with us.
Maybe keep her mil ;)
as a south asian myself, we are not all the same so dont generalise.
F K indians are generally like that
hai bb Nope you are wrong...
So I think you shouldn’t judge a nation based on these people.

the guy here is sure acting immature and as a spoiled brat, but seriously Sikh people work hard a lot. not only Sikhs but 70%of men really sweat blood to take care of the family. I am really disappointed as this ITEM (Mani) is spoiling the image of Indian men.

You have a wonderful mother in law, you're lucky, it's a bless on a hard day or rough times....
No~ not all Indian baby food are like this. Yes, we use ground rice, milk but don't add so much sugar. Also we don't add fruits.
I'll seriously burst into years if he does something wrong to her sweet wife
Mostly rural indian men don't do housework because they are conservative but they do their jobs. This guy is too immature. He doesn't seem to do much either at job or home.
When they made this effect on Tawa to make bread! It’s really something! One time I went all the way to Brussel to buy it! Indian bread taste best when it made on that kind of pan!!!
I think this just shows a very traditional Indian mother in law most mother in laws have become way more adaptive and open minded

+paradiseana1 ana ... Bet you're an Indian!
