we are trying to descale as shown, and get as far as the flashing red clean light, but even 15 min later nothing is happening --- no water/vinegar mix heating up and coming through. Any thoughts?

mine worked but i got no flashing light. when i tried to do over ice pod again it showed up on the screen, not as a flashing light
