Has ray tracing come along far enough to consider using? (when GPU availability is better lol)
Got a brand new 6750xt for 400€ on Amazon few days ago
And trust me, im happy
Unfortunately the Frametime is way less smooth as well, but it’s still a great card haha
How would you say it stacks up against an RTX 2060 for ray tracing?
probably 3070 when amd release their dlss alternative
It's roughly the same as a 2060 for ray tracing
@@RyanBurnsRed its the same as a rtx 3060
If this card can keep up with my 60htz tv with ray tracing I'm good. =)
Watching this in 2023 when the Rx 6700 XT runs between 315-375 👀👀👀
Go for it! Just got one and its great
@@cptpladypuss is it still good?
@@melheldtv yea, I still play whatever I want on it to this day.
I’m hollow inside but your voice fills me up.
Gonna write that one down
I can hear his voice coming inside me
If games actually optimized for AMD cards (or at all), then AMD would be unstoppable.
Not raytracing. They would still be quite a bit slower. And that is okay.
Remember back when we had to look at pixel fill rate, number of pixel and vertex shaders, a few other things? There were like 4 different shaders at one point. Then it all got tossed out, done. We received a shader with 10-20% performance penalty _but_ those shaders were simply unified shaders. No need to check number of shaders and funky stuff, just check shaders version and done, no longer even necessary these days.
Enter RTX cores. What are they? Another special purpose shaders when it all comes down to it. So why not modify all cores on the GPU to do those as well? Performance penalty? Yes. But when the 3060 runs out of allocated RTX cores, AMD cards that have all cores/shaders allocated to do it all who comes off better? This is what AMD did. Sooner or later Nvidia will follow, get all cores doing RTX, it happened for any other shader.
it does not ray trace good imo no matter what. it tries but it sacrifices a lot to do little
I have the same card and I do use RTX, it's pretty good card, I'm very happy with the Hellhound model.
After 6 months...mine is reaching 75°c while playing warzone
@@satindersingh7337 if that is junction, then pretty good.
I've got a Nitro which is a better cooler, with undervolt I get about 65c on junction. With 2800mhz OC I get 80c on junction.
Just found the channel, good content! Keep up the good work!
Did you copy that from reddit ? 1:06
Did you enable re-size bar?
Can I use rx 6700xt 12gb gpu with a Corsair cv550w psu? My cpu is Ryzen 5 5600G and motherboard is msi b450m mortar max.
FSR is coming!
i have a question: when i was picking my video card it said it supports ddr5 memory does that rlly matter or should i conceder it please answer Thanks!!
But does it run cooler than older Radeon cards?
everyday i thank god time travelling is a thing
