The difficult part to make this perfect is all about the dough and heat. The skill to make it large and round is not that extremely difficult, 7 days you can do it….

@@TnT_F0X not really, it is likely a stretchy dough and the one they use is the "sweet rice" type, they are what is used to make mochi as well so you can stretch it way further than anything else made with other rice or wheat flour.

If there was a more accurate name for it in english it'd be 'bread balloon'. The dough litteraly inflates to a sphere which is interesting cuz i haven't seen dough rise to that level and come out hollow on the inside.
in india they do the same but not that large. it's called bhatura.
