If you explain what happens this video it sounds like a gameshow, and it felt like it while watching too.
I never thought one of the most entertaining Poly-bridge videos would only include a single level but this was great.
I always found the 1 level videos to be some of the best, like watching a blacksmith forging a sword you can see tyler's bridge slowly take it's final form, a piece of string that yeets cars across a chasm with the power of glitchy physics.
It's crazy how each shave felt like you were squeezing the very last amount of tension you could out of the bridge, but even as Beast's score got lower you kept finding more and more places to optimize. There was so much more potential than I realized!
Oh also, editor? The player 3 approaching text starting so early was an inspired choice. The victory was satisfying, but then the ominous text and waiting for a new score to appear was great
I can’t wait to see Tyler build everything besides a bridge in a game about bridges

This is easily the most entertaining bridge shave in channel history, and possibly the longest for a single level (by length of what made it into the video, at least). Ben slammed this one out of the park. What a fun battle!

It's such an amazing feat and battle with ups and down where he thinks he gets it finished but then another incredible engineer overtakes him and pushes him into greater and greater feats(all jokes aside this was such an amazing video and the thrill of overtaking two people was awesome)

Nice change of pace from the regular polybridge videos i would love to see more of this.
While I agree that this is a nice video for sure, I think it's best to take a step back and realize that this was a serendipitous moment that was lucky to be captured in the way it was. It was organic in a way that is rare. I don't think it's fair to put Tyler in a position where our expectations are for more content like this. Just my opinion though.
Well, better hope the same situation occurs next time Tyler streams Poly Bridge 3.

An entire video dedicated to one bridge, and the race to first place was more entertaining that completing several complicated levels. To me anyway. This was a good vid.

I wasn’t expecting such a thrill for todays polybridge vid. This competition made my night. It was even better that he took the lead in the end by another 300.
I've never been so excited watching someone speed build bridges against someone in polybridge. At the same time I just watched RCE's newest upload earlier and I can't help but feel bad for Matt cuz he sees Tyler as his gold standard yet he's not even on Tyler's radar 😢
The one-sided rivalry is pretty fun to watch, though.
Maybe it doesn't appear that way but Tyler knows of matt, they did polylimpics where they competed
Nah, Tyler’s mentioned him in a couple episodes, and they clearly know each other since they show up on each other’s friend leaderboards
A few years back in the Poly Bridge 2 days they actually did quite a few colab videos, and Tyler's mentioned him a few times in the Poly Bridge 3 episodes, so they clearly know each other still.
@@thundermallowh I'm aware they know of each other. It's just when push comes to shove our boy can pull off hydraulic bridge shaves that'd even startle arglin. At the end of the day our boy lives to shave budget and I love watching him have those brainwaves
This bridge was hella fun to shave after the stream (got 1st place at the time aside from someone abusing a foundation bug), and this was amazing stream content

You can only see other people's bridges if they choose to upload their design to the gallery, which top of the leaderboard players don't often do.
