    That was beautiful. Not pink pretty beautiful but hard working, hard thinking, brotherly collaboration beautiful. The sum of your two parts making a much greater whole. And how poetic that your joint efforts went towards celebration of a relationship between two people. A bench round a tree creating a comfortable space. Such is a marriage band around a finger. Sublime.

    Two professional craftsmen, one of which flew half way across the country, a whole ton of expensive exotic wood, loads of special fixings and fittings and at least 18 man/days worth of construction, delivery and installation (not counting the prelim work)!
    I grant you it is a thing of style and beauty but how much did the customer have to pay for this bench? It has to be far more than your average buyer could afford!

    not a fan of HIMYM but for me NPH will forever be remembered as Doogie Howser MD which was a good show while i was growing up ... Great Job ! - that was a TON of work especially with all those angles & repetitiveness, definitely needs more than 1 good woodworker to build, i would have clear coated it to keep it looking like new ... cats dont really go around strangers so i like how jerry hanged around during this build

    • @KeithJohnsonCustomWoodworking
      @KeithJohnsonCustomWoodworking  3 года назад +1

    • @KeithJohnsonCustomWoodworking

    Fantastic build, as always Keith.
    I enjoyed watching both videos, as you get to experience the different sense of humor from each of you in how the video was edited and annotated.

    I really enjoyed that video. I don't know what I enjoyed more, y'all having fun and building together or the beauty of what y'all were able to create from a tree to go around a tree! To top it all of now I can go watch the same build from Jason's perspective. Great idea from you 2. Thanks for sharing KJ, be safe kind sir!

    I watched this whole process on your instagrams. The video really doesn’t do the amount of work that went into this justice.

      Thanks George! I kind of thought the same thing...the video kind of made it seem like we breezed through it 😂. It's tough to condense 80 hours of work into such a short video
