  • Do you want to look your best? Yoga for the face will provide you with all the tools you need to achieve this! This natural anti aging solution is a yoga facelift which won't cost you a fortune and you can do it as often as you want.
1:00 skip past to blurb, directly to the start of the exercises!
This is the second in a series of 6 videos. They are split into the various facial yoga exercises you can use to improve your appearance, so you can choose which you want to do each day. This facial yoga video is for the neck and chin area, probably the most important part to improve the appearance and reduce signs of aging.
These exercises work on the Platysma muscle, a superficial muscle that works to open and close the mouth and also is used in moving the mouth into a smile or a frown. Just the same as any other muscle, if we exercise it it will stay supple; keeping the platysma supple will keep the neck and lower face looking its best.
To really get the most from face yoga, it is best to make this part of your daily routine. Pick the most useful and make it as regular as brushing your teeth. I really recommend doing the face massage and yoga for the face every day before you go to bed.
In this playlist you will also find Yoga for the Face (massage & movement), Yoga for the Eyes & Vision, Yoga for Head Posture, Yoga Nidra for the Face, & Yoga to Release the Neck. Try them all and take the ones you feel are most useful into your repertoire.
To achieve the goal of looking your best, all are important! You will find out when you try each one. When you look and feel your best, you will find your life runs more smoothly, you'll feel more alive and more confident.
I've been doing these exercises for a number of years & I really believe they have helped me maintain my appearance (I'm 65).
Isn't it great to have access to all of this RUclips Yoga? I'm enjoying putting yoga online, hopefully improving as I go! Looking back at some of my early videos I now cringe - hope I don't do the same with my latest ones in a month or so!
