If you have timely registered your photo copyright with the US Copyright Office, you should FIRST contact a copyright litigator (trial attorney) to discuss your legal options. Yeah but that attorney is not going to go looking for your work 24/7. You have to find it then. 50% on settlements is exactly how I would want it. That puts enough skin in the game for them to do the work that needs to be done.
It's 50% and clearly on their website. That's 50% of your settlement. (They're not taking it to court for a few thousand dollar fine unless it's a major violation by a large company where they can get a lot more in damages.)
