For GC-MS data analysis, If I wish to calculate sample area from concentration vs area calibration curve, may I apply same method of calculation as discussed here?
when sample absorbance is very low in that case graph is calculating concentration in a minus value like -0.12 mg/ml. so my question in that case value will be consider or not

I used it to calculate the unknown concentration using absorbance the I tried to calculate % purity which gave me a % purity that is > 100% is that possible?

in Trend formula, what value should we give for CONSTANT..? if it dilution is it ok..?
