They truly have the best automotive parts and customer service! UPS lost $600 dollars of my order and they sent me replacements without me having to wait for UPS to do an investigation to find the package. I will be using this company for all my auto part needs.
Thanks for the great video. BTW, it wouldn't hurt to spray on brake cleaner before wire brushing anything. Maybe wear an N95 too. You don't want to inhale brake dust. Also, I think the torque spec for the caliper mounting bolts is 20 foot pounds for the JE5 brakes.
Hello brother You don't have to put back that screw as soon as you put the tire and lug nuts on your good. I need your help if that's ok, I just started a RUclips channel today and posted the first video if you can give a like I appreciate it thank you

Should really use anti seize on the front of the wheel bearing hub, and for SURE use anti seize on the little set screw for the rotor, those are NOTORIOUS for rusting in there and gotta air hammer them out then.
+Boom Bostic Thanks for watching! Yes these are installed in the correct orientation. Please refer to our video here for more information: ruclips.net/video/xFBUUAaYSOg/видео.html
It may be a different procedure on your application. We currently do not have an auto repair video for this particular year, make and model. Thank you for asking. 1aauto.com +ProTips

I LOVE the segmented video! That way I can skip the parts I don't need to watch (such as removing the tire).. Thanks again for another great video!
This was a great video and I used it step by step to change front brake pads and rotors on 2012 Cadillac SRX. Thank you!

2008-14 Cadillac CTS wheel lugs are to be tightened to 140 ft-lbs not 100 ft-lbs as stated around 16:30 in the video. Previous generation CTS was 100

Thanks for the nice slow and informative video. I’m on it…
Do you need to replace that small star shaped screw on the rotor?? one of mine is completely stripped out so I was thinking about leaving it off.

Amazing job is very diferente of how is done in Mexico. You are too professional 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Are sure that u slot on the rotor is pointing the correct way?
Eight through 14 does that mean the year of the vehicle so basically it would even work on a Cadillac CTS 2011 same style same sizes of the tools
Yes
Are all the tools listed the same for doing the rear pads and rotors also?
You can use a C Clamp to compress the caliper piston. Use the old brake pad the same way the video shows you but clamp the C clamp from the rear

Does the pin with the rubber go on leading or trailing side?
Is the torque socket wrench absolutely necessary? what if i don't have one. Can I just use a regular socket wrench and tighten it good.
thanks a million
Weekend rotor and pads, here I come!! 💪🏽😎

I want to know what Rotors are those on 1A Auto, I'm trying to buy those exact same Rotors but I'm not sure which one's they are?
Another great video, thank you very much. Is this the same for a SRX 2011?
+Alejandro Roal We do not have a video for this repair right now, but we'll keep this request in mind for a future video! 1aau.to/m/Shop-1AAuto-c
Aren’t those rotors backwards? I thought the drilled holes and slots are supposed to point to the rear of the car.

I noticed no Loctite was used on any of the bolts. Is it not recommended?
Are the pad ears and backs lubed from OEM factory? Thanks
is it the same for a 2009 CTS?
Should be
Is the torque specs for mounting bolts are the same for 2016 ATS?
The torque specs may be different for your 2016. Please check the Haynes manual prior to doing this repair. Thanks for watching! +Rommel Nunez
Nice and sexy install!
is it the same 4 2015 ATS?

He put slotted and drilled rotors, probably good quality pads then puts on the old clips! That is not the way to go expert.
