Unfortunately that is not possible! You could however teleport to the one target manually! Setup the tokens in the multiple the locations you require plus the target location. Make sure your player tokens are in all locations. Bring up the teleport menu but typing !teleport -menu into the chat. Select Global Pad List from the main menu. Select the tokens you’d like to teleport. Then pick the location you wish to teleport the tokens too from the Global Pad List. Press on the button that looks like 3 stars and your tokens should move to the targeted location. I’m sorry it doesn’t do this automatically. Good luck and I hope this work for you.
@@D20Quests tokens and teleporters are all on same map so I can just manually move them if I have to but in the teleporter notes it mentions being able to link multiple spots to one (or one to many) but it doesn't explain how. But maybe I'm just misunderstanding their notes... thanks for the quick reply, and again, great video! Can't wait for more!
@@flukeskywokker You are correct it does say that, so I've had another look. You can link to one target from multiple spots. Like yourself I found their notes not very clear. So long story short, select the target location teleport pad on your desired page. Go to each multi location teleport pads on the Global Pad List. Instead of pressing on "Link Pad" press on "Add Link" that's the icon on the far right. Good luck and I do apologize for not getting this correct the first time around. Thank you very much for the support!
Hello. Thanks for the effort putting this video together. It was very easy to follow. Now the bad news....for some reason my players view does not change to the destination map. The token moves as it's supposed to (and if I move the Player Ribbon manually everything is good) but the player's view is still on the source map. I've watched your video twice and I set it up exactly the same way you have. Is there a setting that I need to change to allow the API to move player's view? Thanks in advance
Hello Jeff! It appears that the current version of the Teleport API script is broken. When testing I experienced the same problem as yourself. I rolled back the API script from the latest version to the previous version. Saved the script then restarted the Sandbox! This fixed the problem! I hope this helps!
@@D20Quests That worked. I also had the Token that I was trying to test it with marked as Controlled by All. I saw some things on the Forum that said that was a no-no. Thank you for taking time out of your day to respond.
I'm having an issue with cross page teleport where when I have one player with a token on each map it works flawlessly and that one person can travel from map to map, however when I start having multiple people, I'll have one person land on a pad but it will telrport someone else, soft locking the intended traveling player since it throws him in the gm layer and moving an unintended player. Anyone have any ideas?
I created a Token linked to a NPC sheet, assigned only to me. It has vision. I rejoin as a player, and it doesn't teleport. When I control it as GM, it gives the Limbo error message. Can you help me? "Nobody found in Limbo that matches on that page. Teleport cancelled." Edit: answered myself reading with my eyes open! :P "You also must make sure that player tokens for each player you want to teleport exist in the target pages. Preferably, they should be on the GM layer. If you don't have player tokens on the target page, the teleport or auto-teleport will fail. Currently, the API has trouble with creating tokens on target pages (specifically to do with images from the Roll20 Marketplace), so Teleport doesn't try and make a player token on the target page at this point."
Great content, thank you for sharing, though I wasn’t so lucky on this working. I keep having this message pop up “Nobody found in Limbo that matches on that page. Teleport cancelled.” Any ideas from anyone or help please, thank you
did you make it work Aubrey? Had the same problem. I see the videomaker clicks "ADD LINK" and sometimes just "LINK" in the 8:30-Church Level 2 beginning of linking. I can't grasp why there's 2 damn button and he either clicks one or the other lol!
Spectacular, and the same for gorgeous maps!! Where did you find the beautiful church levels?
Nice video! Helped a lot
Your welcome! I’m happy to help!
That's champion mate. Thanks for sharing.
Your welcome! I’m glad you enjoyed it! If you any suggestions on the type of content you’d like to see, please feel free to let me know!
Thanks for the walkthrough!
How do you connect multiple Teleport pads to 1 target?
