Born in 1947, grew up during these great times and music. We danced to all this music besides the style we had. Now, in 2023, Chris Ruggiero sings a lot of oldies in a classy way, the way it was done!
Warms my heart to watch and listen to these guys in 2024! Been listening for over 60 years from Brooklyn. It doesn’t get better than this, love you guys! By the way, Glen, thank you very much for posting and sharing this with us😊
Thanks for keeping Doo Wop alive! Born in 1945, so remember many of these songs when they first came out!!! Brings back so many memories! I listened to Porky Chedwick in junior high as I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. Love this music! ❤❤❤❤❤
WCVS FM, 101.1 FM with cousin Brucie and Bobby Jay your Sunday night doo-wop show Bayside, Queens, representing Vernon New Jersey. Yeah what a serious Bobby J is still out there with the deepest bass ever. God I wish I could sing like him, and Kenny Vance unaccompanied troll Lala Lala Lala Lala intro three times. Do you know what I’m talking about? The video is still out there love you all keep the rock ‘n’ roll alive.
This brings back memories of seeing Jimmy Gallagher, Tony Passa and Frank Mancuso perform at the home of great entertainment in Plant City FL, The Red Rose Dining Room and Ballroom, when it was open from 2003 to 2012 !
I loved rose Marie, it was my favorite along with the crests. Of course that would include the Legends with Jimmy Gallagher. I could go on forever. Thanks

Jimmy Gallagher the poster boy for... you don't have to be Italian from Brooklyn to sing Doo wop... Fuckin'-a... Doo-wop Dwight, Bridgeport Connecticut, Home of Dick Grass and The Hoppers...& Bridgeport's own...The Carnations...
Wow fantastic bravo Bellissimo I didn’t think Baldy had it but man can hit the high notes. I wish I could 45 years old menthol cigarettes, my whole life yuck. I have a patch on right now as I’m sucking on a cigarette trying to keep up to the Melody unaccompanied you up at its best, bravo
Wonderful to hear these old/ original members get togerthr to perform. In UK they dont dothis. Doowop didnt take off here.- no good Italian voices. Our artists covers of USA rock nroll were often inferior. The Fascinatiors - under rated (love LORRAINE) but -20 yrs ago UK covers grp Th Roomates made a good cover of Oh Rosemarie.
The drummers hi hats sound terrible they're actually ruining the show, very poor quality cymbals. A good pair of hi-hats is crucial to doo-wop Style music!
Grew up listening to this music from my parents that were born a raised in Brooklyn! There’s nothing like it! Thankyou for the great music! 🙏🏻

15:30 the best song
The only one I recognize is Jimmy Galagher (The Passions) 2nd from left.
Tony Passa is next to Jimmy and Frank Mancuso is on the far right. Those are three of the original four. The bass Steve Horn had passed away.
Great song
Pittsburgh loves it
Oh Absolutely! Pittsburgh, known to many as the “Doo Wop Capital!” We love the music and the concerts!!!!
Muy buenos !!!!

Johnn Tarangelo on the far left and Tommy Moran in between Tony Pass and Frank Mancuso
i know jimmy gallagher is one , but the one next to him is that tony pasquelle

Yes it is.
Watch the Legends on Doo-wop 50. RIP Steve 'Mr Bronx' Horne the original bassman of the group, died 2010.
Tony Passalacqua
L-R: unknown, Jimmy Gallagher of the Passions, Tony Passalacqua of the Fascinators, unknown, and Frank Mancuso of the Imaginations.
Al Heitzer Johnny T(Tarangelo) and Tommy Moran.
Saw this group several times and always amazed at the harmony. The unknown guy is, Tommy (Doo Wop Cop) Moran. A great lead singer in his own right.
