Oh man, it looks so good... but I could never justify her outfit to anyone. Hopefully they make a non-transformed version that still has a scissor blade.
It's a really nice looking figure but I would just feel weird if i had that on a shelf.
well just tell them what I tell my parents, do you prefer me inyecting drugs in my arms and having piecings all over my face or me having a nice pasion for anime and it just hapend to have some boob showing here and there XD, it always works.
I'm also in this dilemma, I'd buy uniform ryuko in a heartbeat.
I want this one too but not as much, it would be the most showy figure in my collection and I also don't plan on getting satsuki unless they made a uniform version

To me hands down one of the best figma ever came out and i also can't wait for them to make the Satsuki figma or maybe one day they'll come out a fightclub master Mako.
I would buy the figma in the uniform version. Just like they mention it in the anime, this outfit is too lewd for my taste. Actually, I would love to see Ryuko in her street clothes like the ones she wore in the first and final episodes.
Imagine if they made an Aikurro Mikasuki figure.
I'm sure figma will find a way to make the glowing nipples. LOL

I regret not pre-ordering her back when I had the chance. Now she's HELLUVA EXPENSIVE!! ARGH!! When she was out for pre-order I was sort of on the fence on how I felt about the show though. However, this figma was so well built I'd want it just because of the build quality! Plus she's a pretty sexy female looking figma character! Don't always get a lot of those done right!

Senketsus eyes are actually on a rubbery peg and you can remove them easly
Yeah but you really need to watch those cuz right after I opened mine and started posing her like holding the sword and stuff the eyes get kind of pushed forwards...and then I thought is this going to...and yeah if you move those around too much youll see they start to get white-ish...where it bends..and you know what that means :v
so dont get to crazy with that...

A bit of a late comment, but this figure is actually really* good at looking up.
However, you first have to pull it up so that the hinge is extended, then you'll be able to make her look up with the ball joint.
However, the hinge will be extremely exposed, so there's that to consider.

I'm trying to start collecting figmas of my favorite anime characters like this one, problem is I don't know any legit sites to buy them from. amazon was tempting but I don't feel safe there for figmas. any websites you guys use? please recommend a couple so I have options.....ALSO I NEED A DISPLAY CASE :D
I also started my collection recently and the first thing i bought was strength from black rock shooter. It was bought from amazon and is legit so amazon isnt a bad idea. All i can say is make sure the seller is Good Smile Company. Hope this helps but you know buying anything online can be risky.

I mean, the figma line usually does multiple versions of popular characters (for example the whole Madoka Magica line, the Steins Gate line, the Black Rock Shooter line and we even got a shitload of Saber figmas with the 2.0 on it's way).
What I'm asking is, why so many people are convinced that nor Ryuuko nor Satsuki will be getting an untransformed version?
***** I think it won't happen because Kill La Kill just isn't that popular here. Madoka Majika and Black Rock Shooter are full of underage moe girls, so the otaku here eat that stuff up like it's going out of fashion, so those are a guaranteed sale for MF. BRS is a bit niche, but Madoka is pretty big, you can buy Madoka candy and win figures in convenience stores here, that's why theres so much figures of that series. The Fate series is also quite popular, especially Saber, and just yesterday I saw the characters being used to advertise stuff in Lawson . Steins gate is an otaku institution here, it has various versions of the game available on the PC and Xbox, and has had various in store prizes and such available in the past. But even still I was blown away by the fact that they released a figma of Okarin.
Comparatively Kill La Kill has absolutely no presence here. I'm going to take a guess that it was too unconventional and didn't take off too well, so there's probably not going to be too many releases. BUT, if anything is the most likely to be released it's untransformed versions, personally I wouldn't rule those 2 out. As for male characters, I'm pretty sure that's not gonna happen, sadly...

I have a feeling the untransformed versions will be made as convention exclusives. As for more Kill la Kill figmas, I can imagine Mako and maybe even the Elite Four, but that's about it.
