You help people find the balance of caring for ourselves and enjoying our life. Lena, I discovered you about 2-4 weeks ago or so, and your honesty is so refreshing. I just moved to NYC about a year and a half ago and it’s not easy. I had to get adjusted to a lot of things (how expensive things are here, how crowded it is, the competition here etc. ) and I’m from Philly. It’s hard to make genuine friends in a big city like NYC. Please don’t give up. Your videos are insightful. I’m working on my gym work out routine to be healthier. I’m starting a new chapter of going back to school to start nursing. Some of your advice throughout your videos resonate with me. Keep moving. Keep learning. Keep growing. ✨👏
