as a teen who’s very insecure, this is genuinely the video I needed to watch, its very different. I’m used to the extremes of depressing ‘gym fails’ vs ultra positive workout videos/trained athletes/hardcore gym rats dunking on anyone doing even slightly less than them
What you said abt nutrition and changing your mindset srsly made me realize that being fit/exercising regularly is genuinely achievable while sometimes indulging, having a job, etc
    Thank you ❤

if U cant lift less than 400 U are a girl people. pretty sure most guys dont even lift 225 but that's fine anyways, not everyone is supposed to lift these amounts of weight. the modern world is not as physically oriented as it used to be. now everybody is highly educated, at least most people in highly developed western/east asian countries. loads of time is occupied on mental labour so of course it's hard to get enough physical activity.

I agree. I'm a mom of 3 and have a full-time job. I used to work out 5days/a week. I didn't make a lot of gains due to not being able to get enough rest to allow my body to recover. I was lifting heavy but didn't see it in the mirror. I felt tired or weak a lot of the time and ended up hurting myself. It set me back 3 months and it brought me down to a depressed state of mind. I'm back into working out now and I only do it 3 times a week. I've seen faster results that way! I got back into a good routine that works for me and doesn't interfere w my family time. 🙂

I started working out four years ago and yes it started out being me wanting to look good and look hot in that tight dress but last year I started working out because it really helped me through alot. I'm an obsessive overthinker and that lead to my anxiety. So whenever I workout and I focused on building my strength and challenging my body and my mind I re-fell inlove with exercising. It helps me shut out the world and the negativity it has and my anxiety would go away for that hour and it just made me so happy. So working out is one of my happy places and if my body looks fire in the process then I'm all in 😁 your videos are a breath of fresh air. you are like a best friend we all needed. love you Lena😘

Yess. I would def love a guide. You actually motivated me to be more intentional in the gym but in a healthy way that works for me. Before I was going to lose weight and that’s still the goal now but that’s not the main goal. My main goals include my mental health, general well being and to build my confidence. Thanks Lena. 💕💕

My pre workout routine is getting my kids to sleep 😂 doesn’t always work. I usually try exercise while they nap, then pump if my baby is still sleeping when I’m done. Also, changing into workout clothes is a huge motivator for me, and gives me a little confidence boost.

Girl thank you❤ im 15 and started my fitness jorney around 2 months ago, its been difficult because I have always been very skinny and weak, and the issues I had with my body just overwhelmed me to the point where it was hard to work out because it felt hopeless. On top of that, I have ADHD, which made it super hard to stick with anything, however, ive been going 2 months strong and am finally noticing a difference in my strength and apperence. yall got this!

I'm South Asian and always felt insecure that I was bigger but now people want my body type and I work hard too. I say go for it. ☺️...I also want to start something for wellness. Trying to grow my IG page but it's hard 😂 plus I have a busy year sigh.

I started my gym membership at planet fitness two weeks ago and I've been going every other day. My self confidence and image and overall attitude has lifted in a beautiful way. Thanks for having a channel that understands that. 🥂🥂 Cheers, to working on ourselves out of love✨

I recently moved and finally got a gym membership again and am so excited. If you did a fitness guide I would definitely follow it!! It would be a huge help bc rn I have no clue what I'm doing lmao

I couldn’t get consistent in the gym until I started weight training instead of doing workouts to only lose weight. I love feeling strong too! Now I slowly started to become interested in getting more cardio in. I started to crave protein and food all the time, as a former ed sufferer that was really hard to understand. Now I have three meals and dessert and still see my gains everyday :)
